I went into Spencer's earlier today to buy pins and stuff and found the staff to be so incredibly helpful and kind, the energy in the store was amazing and i found some really neat alternative pieces! A tad bit expensive but the items are always good! Would definitely recommend Spencer's NB

Stafford are quite nice have no problems there but some of the prices seem a little high considering what the product is. though almost everything in the store is a novelty product and for a very niche market. They have a small adult section in the back of a party section just before that and all sorts of knick knack at the cashier. all sorts of novelty t-shirts on the left hand side that are worth taking a look at.

One staff member in particular was WAY too aggressive. If I say I’m just looking/browsing, it’s obvious I want to be left alone. They continued to berate my friends and I even after explaining we knew what we wanted and didn’t need any help. Customer service 101...leave the customer alone if they don’t need help!

Rude customer service especially management. Prices and selection of store products is exceptional. Love clearance items t-shirt collection jewelry etc. Training needs to be provided for staff especially those employed over 2 years.

Really dissapointed in this company. Went into the store to see if there were any cool blankets or toddler clothing and got asked to leave because my BARELY 2 year old didn't have a mask on. That's terrible. Toddlers don't understand!
