Honestly the worst hair cut I've ever had. The guy was really nice but he lacked a lot of skill in most areas of cutting. He knew how to fade, but that was about it. He didn't blend my hair nicely and didn't even use scissors, it was all buzzer. There was absolutely no attention to detail here. If you want a simple buzz cut and fade, this guys your guy, for anything else I wouldn't reccomend him. Not at all happy with how my hair turned out.

Total random...was next door asked Mark if he did shaves, YES...next thing I know my husband is in a chair, with one of the best clean shaves ever. Mark was warm and welcoming. He brought the old school barber feel back. Shop is clean, neat and fresh. Best part...open on SUNDAYS...Highly recommend Mark and his shop

So first things first, the environment of the barbershop was perfect, a nice relaxing vibe and a great place to spend some downtime when getting your hair cut. The prices are also very reasonable. The dilemma I faced was having my lower neck ripped to pieces by the shaver being used to do my lineups. Overall the haircut left me unsatisfied as I got home to red scratches (ripped skin) anywhere the said shaver was used on my head. Planned to go back and speak with the owner and potentially come to a conclusion about compensating the issue, but the store was closed an hour in advance to when it was supposed to be at the time I returned. In my opinion, the haircut was sub par at best, and I'm doubtful that I'll be returning.

Mark is hands down the best barber in North Bay. I won’t be getting my hair cut anywhere else - and this is coming from someone who was loyal to their previous barber for years. out of all the hair places I've been in this town Royal Cuts is the only place who did a fade right. went to mall and paid almost over 30 with tip then as we went shopping the wife said there patches everywhere never again goin back the mall for cuts. Royal cut just became my new spot . and he was great with my almost 2 year old she never gives high fives or give you a fist bump to stranger.
