I made an appointment to get my lashes done and when I got to the shop it was closed. I knocked on the door as well and no answer. They could have had enough audacity to call me and say we have to reschedule plus I traveled 30 minutes.

I loved my experience at Lavish Lounge! I was cancelled on last minute by another salon, and due to a technical glitch they have since sorted out, I accidentally booked myself with Lavish Lounge’s receptionist. However, they willingly took me anyway, despite Ashley being fully booked. I truly appreciate the care they show their customers. They were able to make it work that day, knowing I would be leaving to attend a wedding the next day. Thank you so much Lavish Lounge!
