Terrible service! Multiple items of clothing had labels applied incorrectly, on 5 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS! This is a company who should be helpful to small businesses and instead they are not helpful at all. Do not go to them for anything!!!

We ordered 75 Helly Hansen jackets through King Sportswear for our Fire Department in Sault Ste. Marie. My contact, David, was exceedingly helpful and accommodating in this process. We were sent jackets for sizing, assisted with logo design and digitizing, and offered helpful hints throughout. Once ordered, the jackets were embroidered and delivered in a very timely manner, with regular email updates in the status of them. We could not be happier with the experience, communication and pricing offered to us through King Sportswear. Thank you!!!!

King Sportswear designed and made team jackets for the entire Nipissing University Lakers Dance Team. Scott always replied to emails quickly and it was overall a great experience! The jackets look fantastic and will be perfect at competitions. The prices were so much more affordable than competitors. The dance team will continue to use King Sportswear for upcoming years.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in recent years. My swim team has ordered from them for years and in the middle of september 2019 I went into the storefront in NB to get an order form for our new season. I was told they would email me in a few days. 7 days later I went into the store again, they apologized and said in another day I would get a simple order form for my team. another 7 days later and I emailed customer support with NO RESPONSE. another week goes by and I sent an email to sever all ties and we successfully found a competitor that filled our order within 24 hours.

Absolutely horrible. Tried to use their company several times and each time we picked up our jackets they had gotten it wrong. They spelled our logo wrong on over four thousand dollars of equipment. Complete waste of time because they will get it wrong the first time, attempt to fix their mistakes but still get it wrong and then attempt to fix it again but only further screw it up. Just go somewhere else.
