I have been a client of Victoria's for over 4 yrs. Its a small shop with all the charm. Victoria has a very charismatic personality. It's a friendly and positive atmosphere. She's extremely knowledgeable in her trade. She opened her shop just do my wedding party's hair on Boxing Day. Victoria prides on customer service. I recommend her always.

Very small and doesnt interact with customers very well. Went in for a trim one day and looked like nothing happened. My hair was still very dead. This shop seems like it is only for close friends and family for this lady.

I have been getting my hair done here for years. She is confident, clean and she knows "everything" hair related. This is a business you can trust and be assured in doing so. I took my granddaughter here for the first time, as we know at times teenagers are hard to please, but she was soooo happy with her hair. I brought a picture to Victoria today. We discussed how to best accomplish this chosen hairstyle. She showed me that it wasn't possible to immediately transition to the style because of how my hair was cut the last time. She was able to get very close to what I was looking for. I absolutely love it already. As my previous style grows out I know Victoria will make it exactly as I want it. Anyway, Victoria took the time to discuss before attempting the style. Definitely going back. It's been a 4 year search for the right stylist. Great job Victoria!

The place looks unclean, disorganized, my hair cut is uneven and the methods used were not the norm (not what I'm used to at ANY other salon). If I could give a zero I would.

I have been going to Chez NancyRose for 9 years and get great service and always friendly service. It may be a small shop but the quality of service is superb. She does outstanding nail art that a lot of people do not know. I would go nowhere else for my hair and nails.
