Other than it's location which is a little far from downtown St. John's, the salon-spa offers a variety of services. The laser technicians are experienced and very friendly. The prices are competitive as well. Has ample parking space infront of the spa. Advanced booking is needed.

We recently moved to the area. One of my kids needed at cut before his first day in a new school. Walked in and the owner gave him a celebrity experience and treatment. It was really appreciated and made his first day of school so much better. Now my whole family go there.

Kaitlyn is a great hairdresser... I had tape in extensions put in and they were beautiful, but I had a problem with them , they burnt and shriveled up when I put curling iron on them just days after I had them put in . I thought this was very strange because they are human hair and very expensive ; I went back to salon but owner would not replace them for me !!!! I don’t go to this salon anymore because of that !! Very bad customer service.... but Kaitlin was great .

Definitely can't be described as "master" hairstylists. Coincidentally, every bad experience I've ever had in a salon literally came from an employee of the Headroom. The owner has zero regard for the clients. Classic NL business - friendly as long as they're getting your cash but turn their backs when there's a problem. Do yourself a favour and avoid Lesley Murphy at all costs. Her motto is quantity not quality. What typically takes a colorist three hours to do she can get done in half the time because all she cares about is getting to the next client. And be sure not to critique her, or she'll destroy your hair as revenge.
