I used to go and get a haircut at a walk-in every other week, it was cheap and at the time it worked. As I got busier and busier, and having to work in a professional environment.. I soon realized that playing the waiting game for a walk in appointment no longer was an option. And on top of that, if I didn't get the barber I always planned to see I could guarantee a different haircut. I can't count how many times they cut my hair to short, or uneven. The consistency wasn't there. I was recommended to see Evan from a friend, and haven't looked back since. The service I get with Evan is incredible, he provides me tips and suggestions, and always makes me feel fresh and feel good! Being able to book my appointment ahead of time is key as well, I actually book a couple in a row with Evan. Recently i've been growing my hair, and decided that I needed a quick clean up for the holiday's.. I wasn't able to get in with Evan (the man's in demand!), so I went with another barber (Joe) and got the same experience. All the barbers are awesome, they're easy to talk to and true professionals. I love getting my haircut and would recommend anyone to Liminal. I'll continue to support the shop as they truly deserve it.

Evan is a masterful craftsman with a sharp eye to the details. The whole experience feels like a gift from you to yourself. As it is the case with many finer things in life, once you experience the best, you cant go back to the rest. Liminal Grooming Lounge is simply the best. I was never one to really care about haircuts, hairstyles, or grooming in general. To me getting a haircut was more maintenance than anything else. I used to laugh at people who got multiple haircuts in a month, now I'm one of those people counting down days to my next cut! I selfishly almost don't want to leave this review to make sure I can keep my appointments! It is amazing how much better you feel about yourself walking out of this place looking good and feeling fresh. The chill, positive and clean atmosphere is just the bonus.

Another thing I really liked was that I felt safe while waiting for my boyfriend to be done his haircut, in the sense that they have lots of COVID protocols in place. The quality of the cut is easily noticed after transitioning from one shop to Liminal. You definitely need to book your appointment. Amazing service and the place has a great vibe. Just let them take over. I stay very active but am found in a suit and tie quite frequently – we were able to find a hairstyle that fits the lifestyle and my facial features. Low skin drop fade with the hair pushed up and back. They know what to do. I’m always feeling comfortable and confident after the whole process. Check out the hair products they use on you and grab some for yourself too – they’re not that common. You’ll probably want to try and replicate the styling process from home with what they have.

Matt did an excellent job with my haircut. He took the time to listen and explain what he thought would be best for me. All of the guys seem to take their barbering very seriously. The place has a relaxed, modern atmosphere. At no point did I feel like the barbers were rushing or cutting corners. They are definitely passionate about their work. I have been to other modern barber shops that give you a cookie cutter haircut and rush you out the door. This place is definitely NOT that. I'll be going back for sure. Prices are reasonable, too.

Terrible haircut. Didn't get even close to what I asked for. The hair on the top of my head is all different lengths and the fade around the sides is messy, with a whole section of hair that was missed and not cut at all. Highly recommend getting a cut somewhere else.

I've been coming to Liminal for almost a year now and I have had multiple cuts by Evan, Joe and Jom. It's hands down the most experienced and friendly barbershop I've been too. They aren't just generic cuts like many other shops do. They cut your hair to match the shape of your face and head. Making sure that you not only leave looking great, but when your hair grows back it keeps that same shape and keeps you looking your best, until your next cut. The attention to detail is unbelievable. Great vibes as well. I couldn't be more satisfied with the team at Liminal. 10/10
