Lacy is wonderful and a nice person, but unfortuneatly I wasn't able to handle my problem with her personally. Booked my prom appointments months ahead of time and was let down the first time by 'them' over booking my appointment and making ME reschedule. When they rescheduled me, they had failed to inform me that the time had changed as well. I was not made aware of this until the day of, an hour AFTER my so called scheduled appointment. They were fully booked at this point and could not reschedule before my prom date. Not only this but the customer service was aweful about the matter. No matter who's fault the conflict was, service with a smile will always work in your favor. Instead, i was spoken to in a rude, judgemental tone, and was blamed for the incident. Will not be going back. Talented hair stylests, horrible customer service.
