I was searching out quality beard care products when I happened upon Big City Beards (BCB). The product descriptions appealed to me, but what really caught my eye were the words "Small Batch" and "Organic". This coupled with the fact that they are local (to me) spurred me to give them a try. My first order was a small one; unscented oil and balm. The products are great, but the customer service is what really hooked me. Seriously, the owner was going to be in my area, and asked if I would care for personal delivery and save the shipping (spend a couple of bucks and surface shipping is free). Ever since then my orders have grown in size and frequency. I eagerly look forward to new products, they keep coming fairly regularly. I now have most of his products, use them twice daily, and my beard has never been so strong, tangle free, and soft. Seriously; unscented for outdoors and in doctors offices, sandalwood for strolling about town, all-spice for date night and other special occasions, eucalyptus for everyday care. Check them out ... they will not disappoint.

I am a big fan of Big City Beards! I tried the variety pack of beard oils that came with three scents and a wooden comb. Once I switched from my other products I saw a difference immediately. My beard has been softer, healthier and the comb really helps distribute the oil evenly without pulling any of my hairs out. I would recommend Big City Beards to anyone with any kind of face fur. Jeff went above and beyond any expectations to answer questions and provide support. My order was delayed a bit (Canada Post’s fault, nothing to do with Big City Beards) and Jeff was on the ball helping to track the order and texting me updates, contacting Canada Post, and providing care and compassion. With the digital world we live in you get used to the big company responses to issues with cookie cutter answers and often a lack of communication. Big City Beards made it feel like such a personal experience and they actually care about their customer. I knew I was talking to a human being who was putting effort and time into helping me. I know it likely seems like such a small act from the company’s perspective but their actions and communication were so appreciated and I will without a doubt continue to support this company. Legit small batch, organic, craft made with care by the owner himself. Lots of marketing hype from other companies that say the same, but they aren't. This is a testimonial to good people keeping it real! The new beard wash in pump-foam bottles is awesome, ensures you get the right amount with no waste, and it smells and feels great!

I am quite disappointed to discover that this business isn't a local based company. After doing some research it has lead us to believe that this company is based and quite active in the Montreal area. As you can clearly see in their logo, it's the Montreal skyline... As for the products I cannot comment as we decided against purchasing after discovering that they are NOT local.

Big City Beards is hands down the best beard care products on the market!!! Their organic products leave my beard feeling soft and healthy, with that sharp shine! The best part is that it doesn’t leave your beard greasy or oily!! The beard balm is a must have in your toiletry bag for every man. I use it to freshen up my beard before heading out on a night on the town, and the soft blend allows me to use it as an aftershave on my neck area that’s EXTREMELY sensitive!! I tried all the products from the big brands, but nothing comes close to this! Do yourself a favor and order some products!!! The only problem you’ll have is that you’ll regret that you didn’t get these products sooner!!

it exceeds my expectations when it comes to a beard oil. Instead of a mix of cheap carrier oils and some basic essential oils from amazon to which the beard oil market is currently saturated with. I can tell that Big city beards stands out above the rest. I always advocate to my clients to treat they’re beard growth much like growing a plant. A plant needs vitamins and nourishment. So does a beard. I can FEEL the nourishment that BCB oil. Provides. I’ve used many oils over the years in my professional career, in my opinion Big city beards is to beard oil like the top shelf is for fine whiskeys I eagerly await to place my next order! By far the best beard oil I've ever used. It smooths out and makes it easy to untangle my beard. Not too greasy and doesn't add too much sheen to it. Plus it works great for moisturizing my skin under the beard. I highly recommend this product.

Best organic beard products I've used, and I've tried a bunch. The unscented is perfect for work, no scent policy. The allspice is my go to. Loved by the fiance for date night, or any night for that matter. Keeps my beard soft and my skin from drying out and getting that dreaded beard itch.
