Niki did amazing work on my daughter's hair!

Showed up for an appointment with my very excited daughter to get a haircut(first one in 6 years) to only be told "sorry I don't do kids hair". Needless to say, it was disappointing and I am not sure where miscommunication happened but it didn't feel great in the moment. The rating purely based on our experience and not the quality of work. I am sure it's a fine place and has a lot of happy customers, we just won't be one of them.

My daughter needed her hair thinned badly and she assumed she would have to under shave it. Marcus was amazing and he took a ton off without shaving it, she was very very happy. Love this place!
