He doesn't cut children's hair

I am sure the price cannot be beater, but that is not the point. It is about a proper hair cut. The guy cannot see where he is cutting the hair. He gave me two different drastically different side burn right in front of my eyes and uneven hair on head sides, while I am not able to see whats going on due to the awful lighting in the tiny room. Fine, the ceramics are nice, but I don't believe Joe should be cutting hair anymore because the mistakes he has done are not capable by even an amateur. I had straight medium sized black hair, pretty easy to manage. He took time to cut it but I sincerely believe its his eyesight. Worst hair cut of my life. Didnt expect much from Moose Jaw. May be Regina is my next stop for a proper hair cut.
