Made an appointment for a haircut and beard trim. To start, barber was late. Unfortunately this was one of the worst haircuts I've had. I told the barber I wanted a line and he almost created a 2nd line when I had to stop him and say that I wanted a line where the old line was. He said "oh I'm creating a new line so you can grow it out". I said "no, please just have the line where is was". He said ok and created a line THAT WASN'T WHERE THE OLD ONE WAS, making the front of my hair have like a double end like a Y. When I pointed it out, he kept trying to fix but it was too late. He also kept saying it was the previous barber's fault, for not creating a straight line, instead of owning his mistake. Also, I asked for a low fade with 0.5 on the bottom. When I noticed it was long, he said the bottom was 1.0. Then he went on to fix it, but didn't fade or blended it in. Also the top side of the hair wasn't blended either, to which he kept trying to fix and blamed the previous haircut again. Like, what? The previous haircut I had was by a seasoned barber, which was a REALLY good haircut btw. After that it was time for the beard trim. I told him I was growing my beard and just needed to trim a bit and make it tidy. I ended up with a very short beard, almost half the size I had and it was not even trimmed. I'm only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the barber was a nice guy. All in all, really bad haircut and average beard trim by an inexperienced barber who, and I quote, "learned to cut hair on YouTube" and can't do a proper fade at the "Fade Factory" ????.

I come from all the way from New Westminster to get my beard trimmed and shaped here. Mandeep is the bomb. Well visit him you'll have a great experience. Such a calming personality. Never in a rush. Full professionalism and Quality work. Punjabi/Hindi music songs in the ambience. Cash/card payment Ample parking. Just call ahead and get a time from them way easier than having to wait a long time sitting there.

Called yesterday, September 5th at 12:45 asking if I could make an appointment for 1:30-1:45, the man on the phone said I didn’t need to make an appointment and that I could just walk in. I arrived around 1:50 and was told to sit on the couch as it would be 10-15 minutes until someone could cut me. A solid 40 minutes go by and I still wasn’t helped… A ton of people who arrived after me were getting seated…. I ended up just leaving and going to another barbershop near by.
