This barber shop isn't a reliable business. At first they wanted to charge me $30 for a dry haircut, without even asking me if I wanted them to trim my beard. We then agreed to $25 excluding the beard, which was still $7 to $8 overpriced. The barber himself was friendly, but very inexperienced. I chose to rate this place one star instead of two, because I've never in my life paid this much for a half-done just about presentable haircut!

My husband scheduled an appointment with T the barber for a Saturday 7pm - not having used him before, we showed up few minutes early to find no barber was on site. After many calls to the phone number provided in confirmation emails and a few questions to the only employee on site, she did not know where he might be, we decided to wait in the car and figure out an alternative. In the mean time another fellow arrives and we ask him if he is the barber he says no I'm here for a cut too and proceeds to enter. We remain outside reaching out to friends to see who we could last min (our one year wedding anniversary is tomorrow and I wanted my man looking nice). Finally, someone steps out of the idle car sitting in the parking since we arrived. He walks out half asleep, on the phone, doesn’t even look our way and goes inside. My husband enters and expects to start his appointment but this unprofessional, rude excuse for a barber says oh my bad I was sleeping in the car but the other guy’s appointment was at 6pm so he’s going first. Keep in mind we were here before either of them… Needless to say we left and highly do not recommend this establishment. There was no apology for the blatant disrespect for our time nor any sense of customer service or communication.
