Today I went for a haircut and the guy named Kevin did my haircut. I was telling him how I needed my haircut. He didn't do the work properly and he messed up my hair. When I told him to trim a small portion, he told me to go somewhere else next time rather coming here. He told me he is charging me $18 and this is what u get for $18. What kind of customer service was he providing? Such a poor customer service.. Never gonna return and not gonna recommend it to anyone... Worst service ever received....

Went for a haircut last week and asked for skin fade haircut. She said no problem I can do that. She did a terrible job, enough that I went to a different barber after to get my haircut cleaned up. He said that if she would have done that haircut for her exam, she would have miserably failed.

Very friendly and professional staff. They'll make sure you are satisfied with the service and got the same haircut what you wanted. Wait time is usually 20-30 minutes as I experienced on the weekday. Another thing to consider is price, I would say it's most affordable barber shop in the town. It costs $15 for adult haircut.

When I had haircut from Laura, I was really happy with how it turned out. But last time, I got haircut from the blonde lady with glasses on. I showed her my picture of hair that I want, it was short hair but certainly had style so it was not supposed to be just SHAVED. But she just shaved all my hair with 4 and my hair turned out like a sea urchin. I think this lady barber needs to learn more how to have man’s hair cut more stylish and the fact that man’s hair is not just about SHAVE. I want to return only when Laura is there, or only try with the barber whose name is Kevin that other people keep mentioning. But never with this lady again.

I moved to Moncton around 4 years ago. It took me a couple years to finally find a new barber but I'm all set now that I've found Dad's and Lad's. Both Kevin and Laura are terrific! Great cut in a friendly environment at a reasonable price. The early opening is great if you want to try to avoid waiting. Wait time can sometimes be long as it takes maybe 20-30 mins per cut and I've never seen more than 2 people cutting. Can people please stop calling Kevin to ask if they take appointments. The answer is no!

2nd time trying to get an appointment with these people, they only take walk-ins and won't give you an estimation over the phone. The 1st day I show up at 8:30am trying to get in before work, the line-up was well outside the building, so I couldn't get one in time. Today I show up at 6:00am and have 3 people in front of me. I was then told I'd have to move my car due to someone parking in front of the no parking sign that I couldn't see. Once I moved my car I went back and without consideration for my spot in line, I went from being 4th in line with roughly a 30min wait to being 12th with an over 2hr wait. As someone who usually tips 10$, this place is never getting my money again.

By far my top choice for a barber shop. I was in yesterday and Laura cut my hair, she did a great job and was fun to be around. The haircut even finished with a straight razor shave and all for an extremely reasonable price. I highly recommend Dad's and Lads.

My barber had been cutting my hair for the past 24 years and she just recently retired. I knew after she retired where I was going for a haircut, Dad's and Lads Barber Shop. I've been there 3 times now and Kevin and Laura are fantastic. They are both very experienced and very friendly to talk to. They are reasonably priced and their service is second to none. They have a huge clientel so that speaks volume to their work. I highly recommend anyone that needs a haircut to stop in and see them. You will not be disappointed.

I am pretty picky about who cuts my hair and I don't think there is anyone as good as Kevin and staff in the greater Moncton Area. I have been going to his shop for over 10 years and never have I had a bad haircut. He takes the time to know his customers, he is quick without sacrificing quality and he has taken the Covid precautions seriously. His commitment to his customers is exemplary - for example today I needed a haircut for an upcoming wedding and he kept the shop open later than normal so I could get a haircut. Keep up the good work!
