the fade was okay but when the barber that cut me messed up he started getting mad and started yelling at me bc apparently i told him something else ( i asked for a mid fade and an oval front) (he said i asked for a pointy front / a triangle front) and i went to this place 2 times and the first time they charged me $20 but the next time i went they charged me $27 and when i went the second time i waited for 2 hours to get a cut and there friends came in after me. They went before me so i had to wait for 2 of there friends to get a cut before i got one i will never be back till they fix there first come first serve thing and be more respectful to there customer

I basically Walked in an out that’s how bad it was, I heard great things about the barbers there sadly I couldn’t get to experience it. I liked the haircuts here but I found myself another barber because they are always busy and don't take appointments. I don't have time to wait around for more than an hour for a haircut. That is if you can even find a parking spot in the absolutely jammed parking lot. I opted for a place where I can park seamlessly for my appointment time, and get a great cut. Sorry guys.

Went to this place for a span of 2 years. Always had to wait at least an hour for a haircut as they did not do reservations. Prices were on the low end as compared to other premium barbers around the area, and the quality was mediocre. Wait times can span from 1 to 4 hours! And its not even first come first serve there. They give preference to their buddies or friends before regular customer. And the two main barbers have the longest wait times as most want to get their haircut through them. Last time I went on a weekday, I waited around 3 hours only to get my haircut done by the 3rd choice barber. They rush your cut since they are mostly busy, and the parking around the area is horrible. Save your time and go to some place that takes reservations.

I used to go to downtown to get my haircut because I had lost my hope in the quality of barbers in Mississauga...until I stumbled upon Superstar during one of my YouTube shoots at a nearby Cafe. These guys are pretty much it. Professional, clean, Hollywood, accommodating and most of all, amicable. They're three simple brothers who have an innate passion for hard work and it shows through their skillset. Poor understanding of what I wanted and I ended up with an uneven hair cut plus they keep changing their prices. I’ve been there thrice now and the first two times I was reasonably satisfied with the cut but the price went from 22 to 25 and today it was 27 and when asked I was told the rates have changed. Might be the last time I go there since they change the rate every month apparently for not a great haircut . Disappointed.

Good cuts but don't waste your time, literally. These guys are always busy which is a testament to their haircut. However, they do not take appointments, meaning you have to show up and you could be waiting anywhere from 20 min to 1.5 hours. Personally, I don't have time to wait for a haircut that long, so I spent my time looking for another barber, and found one even better that does take appointments. Moreover, if you do manage to get in the chair, there is this annoying teenager that just sits, watches TV and continually talks to the barber. Every time I have been there, he's been there. This takes what should be a 20 minute haircut, to be 35-45 minutes. Overall, this place is just about waiting, and waiting, and waiting. If you value your time, find someplace else.

This place is now my go to. Had an appointment at 6:00pm on a Monday a week after lockdown opened up and came in with some very long hair. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and I couldn't be more satisfied. This was my favorite haircut, and for once I actually liked my hair after it being cut. Most often, I find that I am not satisfied with a large amount of barbershops. I highly recommend this place as it serves quality customer care, with a good price and it is sure worth it.

First of all, the staff is very rude and unprofessional. Second, they were charging $24 before covid/lockdown but after the lockdown they started charging $30. This is a massive increase in price in just 2 - 4 months. If you don't bring a mask they will charge you like $5 for one and $1 for disposable gloves that Superstar Barber has made mandatory. Yes, masks are mandatory region wide but gloves are not and they are not suppose to be charging its customers for personal protective equipment. It is in fact illegal to do so. Other stores like Walmart, Nofrills, Home Depot etc, provide masks to its customers for free. It is very selfish that Super Star sees this as an opportunity to make more money during these tough times. Instead of playing their part in the community, they have increased their haircut prices and are charging for personal protective equipment.

PROS: I've tried many barbers and this is hands down the best one I've been to. I'm basing my review on their consistency of the cuts. Always high quality and good attention to detail. The prices are fair considering that other places are more expensive for worse cuts. I would say that the cuts here are better than Men Zone Barbershop. I think those guys are a bit overrated. You should look out for Micheal and Maurice. Their cuts are awesome. Truly skilled and are definitely worth the wait. CONS: Sometimes the wait is a bit too long (1h+). It all depends on the time you go. The best times are weekdays. It gets crazy busy on the weekends. The shop is small but the location is close to lots of things. I would say if they relocated within the same area but to a bigger shop and maybe even hired more barbers with the same quality of cuts, but less wait time, I would give this place a 6/5 if i could.

He Made it easy for me to explain what I wanted and understood what I wanted and made it happen. During the process he was very kind and friendly and The end results were better then I had hoped.
