On time. Clean, and professional, my choice was upscale cut or som which you spend one hour with your barber and that what happened Tommy was great, worked like artest and give me what I was looking for in very good price. I came to this barbershop because my salon didn’t have a time slot available. I was a little skeptical at first as I have long hair and always get speciality cuts. My experience at IDNTY and specifically with Andres was absolutely amazing. Not only did he take his time to make sure what I wanted was possible, he took his patience with the cut, took his own level of perfection on it. You can tell right away the the barbers here genuinely are interested in what’s best for you. And I have to say this has absolutely been the best experience at any barbershop that I could have asked for. I have found a stylist and shop (IDNTY) that I will be sticking it for life now. If you’re worried about your hair, go see these guys. I promise you’ll leave with results that exceed your expectations. 10/10 service and quality

We also had a great conversation while he was cutting my hair. Highly recommend! ** 08/18 update Got a cut done by Andres and it was still a great experience. Super nice and humble guy. I don't have a lot of hair and am very self conscious about it and while in the middle of our conversation he suggested I try using a hair fiber spray they offer to fill in my receding hairline and hair thinning and seeing the finished product made me want to cry! Thank you for taking such good care of your clients!

The hairdresser Tommy is the absolute best. He has an insane attention to detail, and leaves no hair out of place. He will dedicate so much time perfecting every inch of his canvas. He's honestly a serious artist. I've been going to him for a few years and I refuse to see anyone else. I always feel my best after a haircut or beard shaping by him. If anyone else wants to know what it's like to get a haircut by a real artist, I'd suggest to contact this shop and ask for his Tommy!

The detail in the haircuts I have received from him is the best I've received after experiencing a handful of haircuts and it is always an enjoyable experience. He puts time and effort into his cuts and will listen thoroughly to your requests. I would 100% recommend.

I've been going to Shawn when they were located near Mississauga rd. He and his team are the best professionals I've ever met. Shawn literally takes note of every detail required for any service and goes above and beyond with his service. I literally travel 40 mins just to come to the new location and he never disappoints and I know that the rest of the team is as professional as he is! I have been through many many Barbershops and met a lot of barbers through the GTA, but the one that stands out the most and cares about the quality of the service he gives to his clients is Andres. I have always got the best cuts from him and to me he is the best barber I have ever been to. Book with him, once you get a cut from him and you will never go back to another barber again!

Great place to get a haircut, but overall overpriced for what it is. My issue isn't with the price as much as it is with the service received for it. I have gone to Shawn/Sean a few times, and he's a cool guy. However, right off the bat almost always atleast 10-15 minutes late for the appointment. I usually come during my lunch break so that makes me late going back to work. Even if I don't have any commitments, what's the point of booking an appointment when it's not going to be on time? For the haircut, while it's good quality, there's no consistency between cuts. If I'm paying $45 (after taxes and "service fees"), I need it to be a proper cut every single time. Sometimes my hairline is pushed back, sometimes the sides are cut too high. Sometimes the top isn't even cut, and when asked, it's done quickly and sloppily at the end of the cut. Again, I'm paying $45 for a cut, not getting it for free. Overall everyone at the shop is super rad and really passionate about their work (although they seem to care more about # of clients than quality). Either way, these are honest and objective observations. I've noticed that alot of the reviews on here aren't that honest either. It's 2021 now, don't be scared to change businesses. There's so many other barbers in the city that charge lower for a similar or even better cut.

I highly recommend IDNTY Barbershop in the Heartland location for those who are looking to get a nice fresh haircut and not be disappointed in the end result. I go there every 2 weeks to see my barber - Tommy. He is professional, takes his time, knows how to cut and treat different types of hairstyles, and has a great personality. I have no doubt the other barbers at the shop have the same level of professionalism with their own style of cutting hair, great character, and most importantly, can leave you feeling satisfied and happy with their service.
