Used to patronize this place under its former owner when it was just a regular barbershop where a guy could go and get a haircut. Now it's been turned into a beauty parlour for metro-sexuals where you actually need an appointment with a stylist. Frank the barber has been replaced by some prissy wee man with very few normal customers. I'll be looking for a real barbershop.

Hard to find a better haircut and straight-razor shave than from the man himself Franco, always on time for booking and gives a great visit everytime with friendly conversations......wouldn't go anywhere else for a cut&shave even for free. I was not planning to get my hair cut - but as I had some time. Looked around and saw Franco's Barber right beside another salon. I dropped in. Gina was available. She was very polite and very professional. I pointed at Franco and admired his hair cut (which was pretty much a military cut). But i asked Gina to use the size 3-4 trimmer to shorten my hair from the sides. She was very skillful and was able to blend my hair all around. Also it's first time i saw that anyone placed warm foam/cream prior to using the razor to line up my hair along the neckline. Awesome. I always am concerned with my beard blending with my hair. Others usually charge quite a bit. She just casually mentioned that she'll blend it in - and there she goes. Perfectly blended without much intrusion or guidance from my side. I found the place clean for an old fashioned barber. It had the smell of both old and new. Prices were very reasonable. I actually had to drop in a bigger than usual tip - as I was quite a bit impressed with my hair cut. All in all an unexpected experience and loved every bit of it. I think This is the place to go for me from now on.

Franco is a great barber. He is very down to earth and will always book me in. I have been going to him for a few years now and he will be the one to cut my son's hair once he grows older! He's an amazing guy and a great barber! Him and I talk the whole time I'm there, he's always there to listen and discuss to about anything which I enjoy. Who wants a barber who doesn't talk and makes things awkward?! He's great! He's always making sure you look fresh and takes pride with his cuts. Very nice and clean. Friendly staff. Use clean towels and razors???????? Amounts are reasonable. Only cash payments - drawback if you don't keep cash handy. Contrary good as you save on tax. Nice hair cut and also provide good suggestions. Overall good and positive attitude by staff.
