The 2 girls will appear very friendly and fun at first but then you will get disappointed. The 2 have a feuds and can ruin your appointment just out of spite for one another. I was so embarrassed making an appointment for my husband and 16 year old son for the first time. I had been going there for years. (Not really a great experience, the 2 are white trash) i was nonetheless excited for them to see where I go and the way we were treated was unbelievable degrading and unacceptable. Plainly embarrassing. Booked for 530pm. Traffic got us there at 540pm. As soon as we walked in Michelle had attitude and said she would only do one hair cut (more likely because her co owner Laura booked her ) stating she was booked up and had a client coming. So. Okay. Said she books 15 minutes for each client. So we decided our son should get his hair done. At 620 pm her other client never showed up. So. I asked for her to take my husband. Then she started blaming her only other coworker for dealing differently then her and said no. No one ever showed up... we left... unprofessional. Degrading. Not worthy to be holding a business. Im ashamed of this business and in speaking to others that have gone there they were happy at first but soon felt mistreated. White trash is white trash... All my friends and mother have decided to not to go there ever again.

I've been getting my hair cut by Laura for years, Only once I went somewhere else cause I needed a cut and forgot to make an appt. THAT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE!!! I will always go to Laura. I really enjoy going to Hat Trix, very friendly, welcoming, almost like an old friend you haven't seen in awhile!! Trust me, give them a try, you will never go anywhere else!!!!!

I've been going to Laura since I was around 7 years old and wouldn't go anywhere else. I've gone elsewhere but was never satisfied with my experience. She is great with colour and I trust her judgement implicitly. Aside from technical skill both Michelle and Laura are very personable people, from old timers to the youngsters. They provide a excellent hair cut and colour and are good people. Not much more you can ask for :)

I have been going here for years. Fast service and fair prices but the best part is that they listen to you and give you what you want. I have little skill with hair so need a good cut that I can work with. Michelle delivers. I decided to stop coloring my hair and go grey about a year ago and was concerned about the transition period, didn't want ugly roots. Michelle did a series of highlights and low lights which made for a fabulous transition. I get compliments all the time. And note to the poster who is displeased, respect the ladies and be on time.

Girls there r awesome. They know hair styles that r up to date. Very accommodating even when i called n said i was running said i would be 10 minutes late. She was happy of me showing common courtesy that called n it was no problem. I didnt expect that seeing as how busy she was. GREAT PLACE TO GO. All my friends n family even my 91 year old mother goes there n just loves the girls. They treat her with such respect n care that we have never found at other places. Thank You Hat Trix

I finally found her thru a client of hers - an simply amazing dye job with a glowing & enthusiastic recommendation. It turned out to be the shop and stylist I'd been dreaming of - attentive, courteous, energetic and willing to work with me to make my dreams come true!! And the awesome is not only seen in the stylists (Laura is mine) but had the opportunity to interact with other clients - they were just as fun, lively and amazing!
