(Original) J'ai habituellement un excellent service a cet endroit, mais aujourd'hui j'ai eu une experience frustrante, je peut comprendre qu'on doit attendre notre tour... mais regarder cette coiffeuse , avec un bandeau et des franges orange fluo, se dandiner autour d'un client agé pendant 20 minutes, sans réellement couper quoi que ce soit, un coup de serviette par-ci par la et surtout BEAUCOUP de jasette et d'explications, c'est un affront au 4 clients qui attendent patiemment et qui ont choisi votre salon pour s'occuper de leur cheveux. Je comprends que dans le milieu, on accepte un certain niveau de socialisation, ca va main dans la main avec le metier, mais cette coiffeuse n'as strictement rien accomplie durant les 35 minutes que j'ai attendu dans votre salon apart beaucoup parler au monsieur, qui semblait avoir hate que sa visite se termine, sans parler des autres clients qui commencent a rouler des yeux en écoutant des commentaires déobligeants qui n'avancent en rien le travail. De plus, lorsqu'un client un peu loufoque en salopettes se presente et se dirige vers une autre coiffeuse, on lit clairement le dédain et l'insulte dans les gestes et propos de cette meme dame aux cheveux oranges avec son bandeau. Je vais choisir un autre salon dans le futur, c'est dommage puisque je fréquente le votre depuis des années, et j'aimerais souligner l'excellent travail de Ximena qui s'occuper de moi depuis plusieurs années. Je suis simplement dégouté par l'attitude et le manque de professionalisme dont j'ai été témoin aujourd'hui. Permettez moi d'adresser la réponse du propriétaire: ''Je viens de remarquer que vous écrivez beaucoup de critique négative envers les commerces.'' J'ai 3 critiques négatives. 3 critiques, en 20 ans d'habitation a Longueuil. Vous avez le luxe de figurer parmis les plus médiocres que j'ai eu le malheur de fréquenter... félicitations. ''Le salon a eu beaucoup de clientèle entre 10 et 5 pm, je dirais même un peu plus que à l'habitude. La personne dont vous vous acharné ci-haut à servi 20 clients entre 10 am et 5 pm, si je fais une moyenne, elle a servi entre 2,857 et 3,33 clients par heure. Ça prend entre 20 et 30 mins pour une coupe seulement et connaissant l'employée, elle ne laissera pas un client partir si la coupe n'est pas top-notch.'' D'autre paroles inutiles, bien a l'image du service que l'on recoit. Vous faites dur. ''En évaluant la situation de dimanche, je suis satisfait que l'employé à tout fait pour donner un service hors-pair à la clientèle du salon.'' Traduction: ''Ne sommes incapables d'accepter la critique, puisque nous n'avons pas la maturité émotionnelle ni l'esprit critique assez développé pour avoir une discussion honnete a propos de nos services. Nous continuerons a rire de nos clients tant que l'on veut, puisque le proprio est trop mou pour affronter son staff et changer les choses.'' Améliorez votre service, au lieu de blamer vos fidèles clients, et engagez du monde moins loquace qui sont capable de fournir.
