Called at 4:00 PM and they were able to squeeze me in at 5:00, even during the COVID pandemic. Everyone was very pleasant and the place was very clean and welcoming. I only needed a quick cleanup so they didn’t even charge me full price! Very friendly people and very good experience! Would recommend to anyone.

It was a horrible experience. I asked to get layers and explained to the lady that my first layer starts at the chin level. She started to cut my hair at the back, so I haven't had a chance to see how much she cut. When I saw that she cut too much, I told her that this is not what I asked for, she apologized and kept cutting my hair and telling me that I asked for it. I have never had short hair in my life. She cut off about 5 inches. I will never visit this barber shop again and I do not recommend that you do it either.

Just got my haircut and didn't like it the guy named francis was very unprofessional I showed him how I wanted my haircut by photo. He seemed like a friendly person was liking the expierence until he was cutting my hair differently and I told him I didn't like the way he was cutting it and thats when he was being rude, getting upset and started sighing a lot, he couldn't take critictism and kept saying it was my fault "next time know what you want" even though I showed him the style I wanted. I will definetly not recommend any one to this horrible place even though they're cheaper price if you're reading this trust me don't go here they are under staffed and i waited for a long time, And this was my first time as a new customer.

Francis is great. Sometimes you have to wait a bit but it is worth it. Always knows how to cut my hair and we always have a friendly conversation. I have been going to him for a while now and have never heard him be rude to anyone. Come from Derby hills in Walnut Grove to have him cut my hair.

I am a 22 year old, caucasian male, I moved to Langley from living in downtown vancouver and I had a really hard time finding someone that can provide a clean fade and comb over exactly how I like it but also with a great price, untill I met Mark. I didnt only get an amazing price ($13 not including tip) which in the end youll want to tip, I also recieved the most detailed and profesionally done haircut ive ever had in my life. He will style your hair when he is nearly done and then he continues to cut and make sure its perfect to every last strand, GO TO MARK. He is soo worth it, I will follow him wherever he ends up in the future. I really hope the owner of the shop has gratitude and goes above and beyond for mark, as youll never find a guy like him again. Not only a great Barber but also a great conversationalist. Beyond impressed 11/10

Felt like it was the Barber's first time cutting hair. Sloppily shaved part of my head and rushed the styling of the top. Only cost like $15, so not the biggest loss, still a bad haircut though. It's a shame because this barber is right near my home and I'll still have to go out of my way to find a half decent barber

WORST BARBER, TERRIBLE SERVICE Tomorrow is school day and he gave my son really bad hair cut. He is so impolite unprofessional. Have no manners to talk to customers. Would never ever go back to him. 5/5 stars! Great place to get a hair cut. I've been seeing Mark for over a year now and each time he always gives me a great fade while doing a terrific job at fixing up my hairline. It's almost as if with everytime I go the cuts just keep getting better and better with upstanding designs and fades. Not to mention Mark's a really nice guy who establishes a friendly environment for customers of all ages. Keep in mind, for guys, the haircuts are only $14 for premium quality. If you haven't gotten a haircut from Mark you're missing out as I would highly reccomend.

Although the staff was friendly and the wait was minimal, the hair stylist did not know key hairdressing terms such as "bob" and "dry cut". She proceeded to spray my bangs even though I specified my wish for a dry cut because of cowlicks. She did fix my bangs when I returned a few days later, but time is the only remedy for the parts that are too short. Even though on my first visit I had told her I was trying to grow my hair into a bob, when I said on my return visit for my bang fix that now it will take even longer to grow a bob, she then asked what a bob was. If she had admitted the first time she did not know what a bob was I could have clarified. It may be a great place for men, being a barbershop (although the sign also advertises women's cuts), but women are taking a risk here. This is disappointing considering it is so close to home.

Always a pleasant experience. Been going here for 2 years and has been consistently great. Price is right and one of the few real barber shops around. Francis is always friendly and does a great job. Haircuts, Beard trim and shape, even threading for those who need it. Recently Sam joined the team and he is equally great and has some impressive skill on the trimmer. The staff Don’t seem to understand what it meant by “not too high on the sides” and she made it so high!!! I’m not so sure about the smell of the razor, comb or her hand. Stinks too! Price is comparably low but I don’t mind going to another location. It’s my first time in this place coz its the closest to my house but I’m not really happy of the result! I’m not gonna come back here... plus I’ve got a little cut on my forehead too... ouch!

Mark (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly), is a great barber, first and foremost, but also he seems a great person and new Canadian. Mark gave me the best haircut I've had in years. The place was packed, but he still paid careful attention to my preference and to the detailing of the cut, while working efficiently. Did a fine job on a very restless child two seats before me. Pure class! My previous haircut (at Chatters, rather the opposite experience) was $44, and this one was $14 (after tax), so I made up the difference with the tip. I encourage you to do the same. Only problem is that I'm moving out-of-province before my next cut!
