Good massage. No real complaints there. The issue is that as far as the full spa experience goes this was mediocre at best. All of the rooms funnel into the common relaxation area, resulting in an irritating amount of traffic. Sauna is uncomfortable and falling apart. Biggest issue though is the lack of bathroom facilities. I sweat it out big time in the sauna only to discover after the fact that there is one private shower in a fully booked massage room. Not such a "fluid" experience.

There are not enough things I can say to properly express how thankful I am for this spa. Firstly, I am a chronic pain sufferer, and making last minute appointments is super easy which I always appreciate. Their location is stunning, extremely clean, and the staff has always been incredible friendly. I first came here and got a relaxation massage with Desiree. Ever since then I have recommended her to everyone and have booked in exclusively with her. This morning I woke up and just knew I needed to do something about my muscles, and with my luck, managed to book in with Desiree this evening. She tailored the massage exactly to what my body needed, and I am truly speechless. I came into the spa with a migraine my neck was so tight and sore, and left feeling the best I have in weeks. If you want a great masseuse who’s not only incredible at her job but attentive, sweet and genuinely cares about you, seriously go see Desiree.

Fantastic spa in Langley! The place is very contemporary and the ambience is awesome. A lot of thought has been given to the way the Spa has been set up and that's something lacking in most other Spa's in the lower mainland. The one hour massage that I booked was perfect. My wife visited this spa on a few occasions and had great things to say about her experience. It was all that and more. Cassandra was amazing. She us a great therapist. I will be back and book my next appointment soon.

Today ,my second visit to Fluid spa to have acupuncture treatment from Yuhyun Andrew Chung. I've had myofacial back pain for years and tried many different things from western medicine ,medications, chiropractor, physio, even attending the pain clinic at Jim Pattison for chronic pain. I live with fibromyalgia, rumitoid and osteoarthritis. I've struggled with these pain and no longer work because of the pain. I found Andrew at Fluid spa ???? and two treatments and my pain is changing IMPROVING. I have only a few more treatments scheduled, my benefits are running out but ill have to forgo on other things if needed but after only 2 treatments I'm already feeling much improved. Thank you Andrew for your skills and training. Oh and the ladies working administrative at Fluid are very helpful and kind also. Very pleased with my experiences so far. Colleen

It was a very industrial sterile environment. There was no zen (candles, calm music), I go to these things to relax. Instead the music was SO loud, very tinny & unfortunately the person doing my pedicure didnt seem to knowledgeable about it, especially the massage part of it.

She doesn't come across like most who will just lie and tell you what you want to hear in order for her to make more profit. If she doesn't think your hair can handle what you want, she'll tell you. I was looking for something to do on valentines which also happens to be my anniversary and was so glad I found this place. I booked a couples massage and it turned out to be a great idea. The staff, Sydney and Hina were the friendliest and made the whole experience so much fun. Raj and Rabulin did a great job and I would highly recommend this place to everyone. I love this place :) ~ the VIP package is a very good deal and the reception ladies are always sweet. i came here for the exfoliation once and RMT once. Their changing room is clear and safe and the Sauna is super adorable. I must say i am really impressed with the RMT Emily, she absolutely knows what she is doing and gave me by far the BEST message ever. They are very busy tho, if you want to book apt, make sure you do it at least like 1 or 2 weeks ahead. The only complaints i have is .... the chocolate ;) ~ if the owner is reading this post, can you please also consider provide Milk Chocolate instead of Just Dark Chocolate ?

Attempted to us their online chat today. Unfortunately response is sparse at best. Also, if you plan to buy a gift card buyer beware, they do not allow you to use it for certain services. It's now 2:43pm and still no response. If this is the type of customer service one can expect, I would highly recommend going somewhere else, where you are not ignored. *While I appreciate your quick response, anyone who reaches out via your chat option is a potential customer & deserves to be prioritized the same as a phone, email or walk in would be & it's sad to hear that you don't seem to think they should be. I posted screen shots of my conversation & at no point did I mention anything about a promotion, so I'm not sure how you assumed my querie was related to that. If as you say your regular gift cards are good for anything then the person I had the brief chat with (again visible in the screenshots I posted) provided me with incorrect information & at the very least needs better training.

This place is stunning. And relaxing. Leana worked her magic on my hair and I am in LOVE! Not only did she make my hair look fantastic, she was patient while I had a zoom meeting during my haircut and she let me charge my phone while she continued to work her magic. The level of service was above and beyond. I highly recommend this place for your me time!

Emma did my first Brazilian yesterday and I was surprised as I've had bad experiences with waxing she was reassuring and gentle. The experience was as pleasant as a Brazilian wax could be lol. my sister treated me for my birthday to a massage. And what a fabulous gift. At first I was greeted by this lady named Catrina who has the coolest vibe and so genuine. Loved her. I was then given a tour of the spa by my massage lady named Claudia. She was equally as awesome. My experience included getting to sit in the hot sauna, offered organic tea and had the best massage ever. Claudia is the one to go for. I was even offered glass of wine. The mountainous view is spectacular. I completely recommend this spa to anyone who just wants to feel peace and taken care of. Well, only had one laser session but Goldy is fantastic! She is actually knowledgable on how to use the machine, goes over the same spots multiple times and increases the settings depending on your pain tolerance so no scarring. Great results just from the first session. The place is also beautiful and very "spa-esque"

RMT to aromatic relaxation. Service was great and met perfect for me. Great for any man and his family as well. The most Wellness in whole Langley&Surrey area. They have luxury beauty salon & spa to relax experience. I would recommend anyone considering going to this Spa& Wellness. Prices may be somewhat but much cheaper than spas in downtown with lack of service and techniques. Easy to reserve too. And so kind staff too;)

Excellent staff, set up, and experience. Was my first time today going to Fluid Day Spa. I am a male that very much likes to look clean and well kept. I always get my eyebrows waxed whenever I can. I've been to a lot of different places because I often change where I get my haircut and I usually had my eyebrows done by a hairdresser not by professional waxing tech. This time was much different and I thought that it was because it was a spa. Then I remembered that last month I went to a spa in Coquitlam. That spa was no different than going to a hair studio, aside from it being filled with women that seemed to giggle at the fact there was a guy there. I'm usually very picky about how I get my eyebrows done. Unlike most guys I don’t just want my brows cleaned up around the edges, I like them very thin and neat. To which every time I change waxers I have to explain again, (No, no.. thinner, thinner, thinner) .. and take a long time because they're reluctant to actually believe I know what I like. My esthetician today was named Kim. She was very patient and didn't rush at all. She was excellent and took as long as was needed to get my eyebrows just the way I like them, so now I can actually take a photo that I can show whoever does it in future, that ‘this’ is the way to do it. Some places the wax is too hot, this was just perfect. I usually hate when they do a lot of detailed tweezing because I have so much hair. She did very well and I didn't hurt much and I was left with almost no swelling at the end (which was completely abnormal for me). When she was finished she cleaned off the hair, put on some lotion or aloe, and took the time to lightly massage my eyebrows, my forehead, my temples. It was just such a nice little detail and so relaxing, it just topped it off. And not only was Kim very nice, whether it was a little bit of salesmanship, but compliments on my eyebrows and how I looked at how I dressed did make all the difference in making my experience that much better. I feel great. A+ Fluid Day Spa.

I received a facial and LOVED my treatment. The staff were very professional and gave me great recommendations for my skin. They even gave me a few samples to try. The spa was so clean and they were able to accommodate me being 39.5 weeks pregnant. They even thought ahead and got me a larger robe, without me having to ask, to accommodate my baby bump! I will DEFINITELY be back.

Worst spa in the Lower Mainland. We booked a "Couples Massage" but when we got there they claimed that we booked two separate rooms.. This was on Valentine's Day! Also they claim that they don't have the ability to email a receipt as I required one for insurance company.. The place is a joke. Don't go!!

Hands down, best RMT I have ever experienced, and I would recommend Sorrel to any and everyone! I’ve struggled with chronic pain for years and have continuously tried all sorts of treatments. After working with her, I felt as if she had a wonderful understanding and expertise of what was happening. I visited Fluid Day Spa last week because of the special they had where they are basically giving away services for free and it was absolutely horrible. The General Manager was very unprofessional and gave me perhaps the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She would raise her voice throughout the spa when she wanted to get one of her staff's attention and had the most unapproachable looks on her face. Her voice throughout the spa made it impossible to relax. One of the staff who worked on me told me that ownership had changed earlier in the year and this was the reason things went downhill as the new owner hired his girlfriend as the new General Manager. My service time was cut by 15 minutes because of the special and they were too busy to give the full time I paid for. The staff were soliciting my business outside the spa and offered me half price which I thought was very unprofessional. The job they did was so bad that I ended up paying to get the same services at a different spa two days later. I would not recommend this spa to anybody as it's a complete waste of money even with their outrageous specials. It's a shame that the new owner does not care about the spa or the customer service as much as the previous owner did.

I love the new spacious location. I have had a number of different treatments at Fluid including massages, facials, and soft laser. They also have excellent products. I LOVE their friendly staff and the beautiful facility. I have recommended to my friends and family, everyone I have recommended has become a regular client. I think that speaks for it self! I had the $125 45 min fire and ice facial. The reason for the 2 stars is that although the facilities were beautiful and service outside the facial was great the facial itself was not anyway comparable to others I have had for the same price or less. The aesthetician I had did not explain any part of the process during the facial. At one point a very rough physical exfoliater was rubbed into my skin for about 5 min with a lot of pressure. It actually really hurt. This was followed by a chemical peel which I think stung more than it should because of the previous exfoliater. I then had what felt like a 10 min scalp massage but no neck/ arm massage. There were also no extractions offered. My friend having the same facial had a proper scalp/ neck massage and extractions. I don’t know if the staff member I had was new but our experiences were very inconsistent and it was the exact same facial. Based on my experience and the price I paid I would not go back or recommend this spa.

1) star for the friendly staff. Was greeted with a warm smile and as my friend and I made our way to the waiting room, we were given warm smiles from staff walking by. Made us feel comfortable. 2) second star for the ladies who gave us the pedicure and manicure, they were very nice. We enjoyed chatting with them. Very kind. 3) third star is for the feel of this place. Unlike most salons the experience is not as relaxing. You’re cramped in a small salon and a lot of chatter is going around, hard to relax. This place was very quiet. My friend and I love the experience here. We didn’t feel rushed. The spa was really big and very clean. Reason why 2 stars were knocked off was because we spent $100 each for manicure and pedicure ( including tip ) . The bottom of my feet was not properly filed to be smoothed out. Because it wasn’t filed properly, it’s become so rough. I have not had this issue anywhere. My feet was not like this when I came to the salon. The polish on my nails started to chip off the second day. The lady didn’t use the light to dry my polish. She let it air dry. I enjoyed my experience here but I am not happy with results. I feel like I should have spend $100 else where for better results. I wanted to try some facials here but i am now worried that I won’t get what I paid for.

Came in for a massage and facial. DeAnna was amazing, it was one of the best massages I’ve had. She is very knowledgeable about the different muscles in the body and skin care. She will answer any questions you may have. If you are on a budget their skin care products are a little on the pricey side. However, I am sure they are great quality!

My hairdresser Kayla is the best!! I absolutely love her!! I followed her to this beautiful new spot. The building is bright and clean. The receptionist is welcoming and friendly. I even love the uniforms the girls are wearing. Now that I'm getting my hair done at Fluid, I cant wait to try out the other services too.

A few days ago I came in for a hydrafacial and I absolutely loved my experience from beginning to end. I was greeted once I arrived and it was also a very peaceful setting. I had my service done by Desireè! She is absolutely amazing with an amazing personality, we got along great! She asked about my skin routine and gave me a few tips to think about to help me with my skin. The facial in its self felt amazing! Terrible customer service. My wife came down with flu the day before her appointment. She called to see if she can postpone her session, but they wanted to charge a $50 fee for cancelling. So, she went to the shop in person (we live 5 minutes away) to ask to move her session few days, but they still insisted on $50 fee. They could clearly see my wife was in terrible shape with the flu. It was either $50 to cancel/postpone, or get a massage now. My wife grudgingly got a massage, not wanting to pay $50. This place will rather take a sick client, putting all the staff and other customers at risk of catching the flu as well, than have her come back few days later. I was planning to take advantage of my extended benefit package and get a massage at Fluid Day Spa, but my wife and I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

My friend and I booked into Fluid Spa for an afternoon of treatments. This was the first time we had been to this spa. We do frequent spas and thought we would try this spa in Langley seeing as I live out in the valley and my friend lives on the North Shore we thought it would be a great spot to meet. We were starting our services at 12 noon last Saturday and so we arrived a bit early thinking we could use their amenities. They had a sauna but no shower. No steam room and it didn't even smell like a spa. Upon check in we were shown to the ladies changeroom wherein we found both the bathrooms and shower "out of order". We noticed this right away. We got changed into robes and slippers provided and then went to the lounge area. This spa is not over the top nice but it was clean and had a real clinical feel to it. The lounge area had a few snacks and just tea. There was only one washroom in the entire spa that we could use and it had to be shared with the rest of the salon and spa - men and women. My friend and I each had a facial, Indian Hot Oil Head massage and body treatment. After the treatments we were hoping to go out to a nearby lounge for a drink and appetizers but there was so much oil in our hair and we weren't able to shower it out without showers, shampoo and conditioner. None of this was available to us. We were forced to go straight home for this reason. I did mention this to the receptionist when we paid for our treatments and thought that maybe when we called to book these services they should tell us that they had plumbing issues and that if we wanted showers that we should rethink what we were having done. The receptionist really didn't care about our concern. I did write a letter to management after my service but still, to this date, 4 days later have not heard a word. The lack of communication and respect for customers unfortunately has put a very bad taste in my mouth and I will not be returning to this spa.

Had an amazing RMT massage at Fluid. Staff was friendly and professional and the spa was clean and pristine. Appreciated that the RMT took his time afterwards to suggest some stretches to help prevent shoulder and neck pain from reoccurring. Highly recommend.

I went for a massage with my husband over the weekend and it was less than what I expected. The spa is small, lockers are in the washroom, no showers and lounge is right there as soon as you walk in. I guess I just had the expectation of a larger spa. My husband and I didn't use the couples room together but I was in that room alone, very nice and spacious. My RMT was not like any that I had ever had before, and I go to spas very frequently. I am in my second trimester, so extra effort on legs and feet was what I requested. I have had many pregnancy massages during this pregnancy, not just in Vancouver and lower mainland but Los Angeles, Palm Springs and Vegas while I was there on holidays. They are all pretty much the same, full body massages with extra attention on my legs and feet. So we get started and I realize that she has spent an awful long time on my right leg so I asked her how long it had been and she said 20mins!! well I'm only getting a 75min massage. Then she said to me, just let em know when to one on to my back. Ummm you are the therapist you have a better idea of time since I'm totally relaxed laying on the bed! That's your job to have everything timed out! Needless to say she ran out of time, did not do both hands just one, spent 5mins on my right leg and did not do my feet at all. And on top of all of this she was talking to me the entire massage! Usually when I do not strike up a conversation the RMT does not either. Soliciting her services to me outside of the spa which I thought was completely unprofessional. Telling me about her mobile service and another space that she rents out where she would charge me half the price.... I just couldn't believe it. I will never go back to this spa or recommend it to anyone else.

Service was EXCELLENT! Place was clean, staff were all friendly. Request for Emma if you can! She is absolutely amazing at Nails & Facials! Her massage was fantastic too. I fell asleep and was really able to relax! On top of that she was able to give me some solid advice on my skin care routine, and and i'm so happy I saw her first before going to Sephora. So happy with everything they offered and there was no feeling of pressure, just genuine care and wanting to help answer any questions I had. Also! If your in search of Laser Hair Removal services, CHECK THEM OUT FIRST! Don't go to Ideal Image until you get your consultation and hear how much their packages are.
