I honestly couldn't be more disappointed in my experience at Fresh Cuts. As it was my first time there, I simply had a walk-in haircut. The stylist who cut my hair was a complete amateur. He looked fresh out of highschool, with short red hair. He had no clue how to hold a pair a scissors and a comb and didn't seem very confident at all. Took about 50 minutes for a simple haircut and multiple other stylists had to walk by and show him the proper technique. Overall the quality of the haircut very very subpar and unprofessional and I would avoid that particular stylist at all costs. I was able to pay only $15 for this particular cut, but I still feel like I wasted my time and money at Fresh Cuts. If they want to call themselves a 'professional hair studio' they should at least check to see if the person they are hiring has basic knowledge on how to cut hair. I was not given any warning beforehand that my stylist would be a complete beginner. I will not be returning.

I reserve 5 stars for exceptional services / products... which this place provides. From being aknowledged right away, to the espresso, to the actual service (perfect haircut!) for my son, this was definitely one of the best experiences I've had. Highly recommended.

Whether it’s my hair or my 2-year old son, we always leave with the perfect cut from this barbershop. Oh, and if you need that proper fade... you can’t go wrong with Paul. This young man is a professional!

I've been comming to Fresh Cuts since I was in highschool thats almost 10 years of dedication and passion shown from Sargon when he was doing fades and styles on his own. Its Truly defining what Fresh really means when it comes to getting your hair and or beard looked after from him, and for the past 3 years his hard word and dedication payed off with opening this amazing studio and passing on some of his knowledge, positive energy and compassion to his staff members that create an excellent experience for people. There's an emense level of passion that goes into the work of these artist and gratitude for us the clients, that they show everytime I step in to Fresh Cuts. SARGON is amazing hands down, takes his time with my fade, beard lineup, got a free eybrow threading since it was my first time there. Fresh Cuts Hair Studio is now my go to place. Having read some of the other reviews I can clarify a few things for anyone who wants to read this. Just my opinion. "Mom" was at the desk and not only got me an espresso but offered me a slice of cucumber from her garden. She was friendly and very nice to a walk in without an appointment. The only reason I can think of that you wouldn't like this lady is if you don't like your own mother. I did have to wait. It was a little longer than I had been told but I will wait for a QUALITY SERVICE. The aforementioned espresso did go a long way with me and the wait. They speak Arabic. Get over it. I was friendly in English and everyone was cool. Check out the photos online or on Instagram. This is a shop that specializes in a certain cut. There will be music. It will not be Celine Dion. They take their time with clients, build relationships and enjoy themselves. Get over this as well. Issa cut my hair and did a great job. Friendly kid and a pro. I will book an appointment next time and will ask for him. $33 bucks plus a tip. Worth it to me for a good cut with a friendly barber.

Horrible place to get a haircut. AVOID AT ALL COST! Making an appointment doesn't mean anything to these guys. I made an appointment for 12pm and the barber starts having his lunch right in front of me when he knew I was waiting for him. Never seen any barber behave this way. BAD ATTITUDE! BAD SERVICE! My little brother got a haircut from here, the hair that falls on his forehead was cut very uneven, one side was very long while the other was so short. Did not properly cut the hair at the back either. and onto of that, it was $25. Such a rip off

Just came back from there and it sucks to say because the place is so nice and the other barbers actually do a great job but who ever cut my hair hacked it up. Really upset seemed like he didnt know what he was doing , sprayed some sort of hair spray in my eye and did not cut my hair how I wanted... even showed him a pic. I'm not saying don't go here but only get a hair cut from the barbers posted on they're site.... So unhappy with the haircut

Booked an appointment for a hair cut today. Was called back to move to an earlier time which wasn't a problem. Turned up early and proceeded to wait 20 minutes, eventually asked when I was going to get my hair cut to be told another 30 minute wait!! So they wanted me to come in early to fit their schedule which I was only happy to do, but then they expect their customers just to sit there for 50 minutes past there appointment time? It would be easy to make money in a world where you don't care about your customers but this isn't that world unfortunately for Fresh Cuts so i will keep my money. Its a dying shame as this is the second time this has happened here to me after making appointments. Decent barbers there but the shop is so poorly managed. So these guys will call you to change your appointment to suit their own schedules but will happily let you sit and wait 60 minutes for them! What's even worse is every time i sit and wait 30-50 minutes for my booked appointment they only bother spending 10 minutes cutting my hair! Completely and utterly useless barber shop.

Shop owner Sargon should learn how to run a professional business and not let his buddy's get haircuts when there clients book appointments and wait for 45min. This shop environment is full of kids with no customer service skills, shop owner has his mom working there speaking Arabic talking bad about customers. Leave your mom at home and learn how to run a business. Also the last few haircuts have been lacking in quality with lines not even. Avoid this place unless you like to wait and get poor haircuts and have the staff talk Arabic making fun of customers. This place is a Joke $30 for a bad Haircut with awful environment. No thanks
