Very friendly staff. Small shop without the "production line" feel to it. A little pricey, but these days, you get what you pay for. I won't go anywhere else.

I booked an appointment for today at 10 and was rudely told by the stylist I didn't have an appointment. Custodia was the person who I spoke with when i made the appointment and she said Wed at 10 and then said let's check Monday and it was available at 10 so I picked that date. I went over to first choice and they happily took me. I will not be back to unisex ever again. I was humiliated. Poor customer service.
