Didn't realize Green Room had a perfect 5 stars from 200+ reviews but it's very much deserved. I've been coming here getting my cuts from Mike since they opened a couple years ago and haven't even thought about finding a new place. I just book, sit down in Mike's chair, and tell him "the usual" The place is tasteful and eccentric, the service is top notch, the barbers are kind, conversation is great, and most importantly they like each other. It makes a difference when you're visiting an establishment where the employees actually like to be there

Moving from the GTA it tends to be difficult to find the "quality" or perhaps trends that one would be used to in the "city" but Green Room hits the mark without a doubt from a barbershop perspective when it comes to what is currently on trend. The craft, attention to detail, emphasis on shop culture, and overall ambience is something that has them stand apart from other barbershops and/or salons. I've been getting my hair cut by Marissa for two years. When she moved from Hamilton to Kitchener, I had no choice but to start driving to Kitchener to get my hair cut. A good, reliable barber who knows what you want is hard to find. The shop is clean and organized and the sense of community with the team is palpable as they joke around with each other and encourage other patrons to get involved with the conversation too. I had an appointment booked online for early April 2020 and due to COVID-19, it had to be canceled. Rather than just getting an e-mail telling me to reschedule, I had Eddie (the owner) call me, apologize and let me know himself, which is not a service most places would provide. The Green Room is going to thrive here.

His latest venture is a resounding success with highly casual and laid back vibes yet upholding lofty professional standards. The decor, ambiance and fitments are all top shelf. As far as the haircuts go, they're as good as they've ever been with Dave. He executes fades perfectly and listens intently to advice while providing honest feedback that can help in better styling your hair. Very few barbers can actually listen and amend their cuts based off of the client's inputs and Dave has that special gift. A true gentleman and a world-class barber!

I was trying a new hairstyle and didn't know what to ask for so I brought a handful of photos to illustrate my desired hairstyle. After trying to find a reputable barber to tidy up my lockdown locks, I was recommended to try The Green Room. Booking an appointment was very very easy. Upon arrival I was greeted and sat down by Michael. Michael cut my hair exactly how I wanted and was a very nice and talkative guy. Everyone was following COVID safety procedures. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a good cut. Will definitely be back!

I've know Eddie and the crew since they were apprentices. Hands down best hair cuts in town if not all Canada. Super friendly easy going atmosphere. Glad they opened up a great location I won't be going anywhere else ever again????
