I was pleased to get a good hair cut here. Only a few things were a bit off for me. I could not talk to my stylist as she didn’t speak English although she was very nice and did a great job. Also, the salon very small, crowded and a bit noisy for my taste. Other than those few little items, it was a good experience, they were very professional and I didn’t have to wait a minute!

Learned that this place doesn't handle walk-ins very well the hard way. Was completely ignored for over 30 minutes, then was told I couldn't be seen for another 45. Place was clean and everyone else seemed happy though. I left and went elsewhere.

Ah man! Does not get better than this place. Steelo is awesome! It’s not easy to find a barber who can fade and stylist all in one. What he can do is impressive and he takes his time, plus he’s affordable. The the easiest person to book (but that’s because he’s good) however, he’s not stuck up and if it’s reasonable he will fit you into the schedule. Extremely nice and courteous. I don’t always review but this one was much needed.

The salon is an absolute godsend. I came here following my beloved stylist Savvas (ladies, he may be taken but he will treat you right) and it was the right choice. Located in an unassuming plaza this place is a hidden gem. I was greeted warmly by all members of staff and was quickly made to feel at home. The salon is well-maintained and has an upbeat atmosphere which is reflected in the attitude and demeanour of all staff. The joking and camaraderie and their ability to make you feel included. If you want the best shampoo of your life, see Khal. Seriously. I cannot sing higher praise for this place.

Savis asked what I wanted, and he communicated everything to me: any changes he had to make to my layers or length to even it out/blend, recommendations for the style or type of cut, it was wonderful. He really listened to my needs. The team is just wonderful to be around; fantastic energy. They really make you feel welcome. I was also asked if I have any allergies to product, and that right there shows they care about their clients. I had never been asked that before! First time visit, but I’ll be returning in the future.

I was introduced to Steelos by my wife as she has her hair done by Kal. I can say that Kal has fenomenal skill as hair stylist especially working with long hair and colouring... While I was waiting for my wife having her hair done by Kal, I have observed Steelo cutting hair on a man and I was impressed by patience and precision of his hair cut. I was sold right there and then and Steelo became my hairstylist. FYI there is usually a wait period of one week for apoitment... Studio has nice set up for apoitment on Facebook... or call in.

I've changed alot of barber's in the past, but something about this makes me feel confident and comfortable. You will never meet such a diverse group of barber's in one place, and I'm not just taking about the hairstylist skill/experience. You have young to old, male to female, everyone from different ethnic backgrounds. Every appointment is full of laughs, great stories, amazing people and humble opinions. Never a dull moment. I used to have barber's that would force an awkward conversation or just be silent while they cut your hair. This place makes you feel like you're getting a cut from your favorite cousin that you look forward to meeting at family gatherings. "Tell me about their skill? Are they any good"? One of the best and all around stylists you'll meet, with each perfecting their own passion/skill. I go here for my bi-weekly fades. My wife goes here for cut/layers and color, she also went here for her wedding styling. Reviews don't do justice for this place, go in and experience it yourself.

I'm rather disappointed in my cut. I asked for layers and was told that she wasn't gonna do them so that I had more volume. My hair looked fine when I left but a week or so later it looks terrible. When someone asks for a certain cut....you should give them what they ask for. Now I have to spend more money getting this fixed. I won't be back.

All the staff is very friendly. I was super happy with the color and cut Kal gave me with the extra bonus of a design in my undercut from Steelo. Every station has plastic dividers and all the staff wear masks to ensure guests safety during the pandemic. I will definitely be making this my regular salon.

My fiance goes to this salon to get his hair cut and he loves it. While he was there a couple weeks ago he shared my recent experience at another salon with one of the artistic directors, who immediately told him to have me come in the next day to get my hair fixed. The following day I went in and saw Kal. He was such a wonderful man and took care of me right away. I had gone for highlights at another salon and for some reason there was a heavy band around my roots which looked ridiculous. Needless to say Kal fixed it! Looks amazing, and I definitely will be going back. I recommend using this salon. Everyone I met was so kind.

I went to this place yesterday and saw a new stylist Mekdes, she's amazing!! Knows exactly how to deal with CURLY hair. She went to my roots for straightening and if you have curly hair you know the struggle is real when you pay Waterloo stylist a bunch of money and you leave with poofy hair because they do not understand the hair type. This woman was a God sent, she's professional, knows what she's doing and very sweet. I'll definitely be back often.

The service was outstanding the barber had no issues with my nephew (he's a hyperactive kid) and the haircut was lovely my nephew was very happy that he got a "cool haircut" for school. Another gentleman took care of my line up plus little fade, and he did a very good job. 100% I'm coming back here for my next cut.
