Went here after looking at all the good reviews. Booked an appointment online and i was assigned to Derar if i’m not mistaken. My appointment was at for and i reached 2 mins prior to that. He was busy and asked me to wait which is totally understandable considering the times we’re in. But 20 mins of wait? Seriously? At 4:20 he started cutting my hair and it seemed that he was not interested and just wanted to get done with it. By 4:30 i was done! I had to go to another barber to fix what was done to my hair. My purpose is not to target anyone here and people might’ve had a good experience but mine was really bad. Definitely not coming back, sorry!

Derar ensured that he knew exactly what I was looking for and trimmed the beard as per my requests, not taking too much off and always checking that the length was satisfactory. Despite being 10 minutes late for my appointment, I was helped out when the establishment reserved every right to turn me away. There are 2 parking spots in the condominium complex avoiding the necessity and risk involved in street parking. There is a reason for the stellar reviews! Wonderful experience

So I have a bitter sweet feeling about this place.. my first time going there was a few days ago. Cons. My initial thought of the place was it was very cluttered and unclean. Sitting in tne chair I was looking around and there was hair everywhere on every surface dosent look like the place had been cleaned in weeks. Shavers and combs where dirty and where not sanitized just pulled out of the drawer. Also used other people clippers from another station. It just seemed to have more of hang out vibe then if felt like a business. Pros. Very great hair cut and attention to detail with the cut.

I went to this place since they had 4.9 stars in reviews, but with the haircut I received, I'm quite doubtful. The owner was very kind & did his best, but I was a little upset with how I showed him 3 pictures of my last cut side by side, and he seemed to disregard it or ask me any questions besides what side I gel it. this is the cut I got as I did book a zero fade. The back of my head seems to have a weird triangle, which looks quite odd. Side looks good but everything else was disappointing. Don't think I'll be coming back, it is embarrassing to have to upload these pictures to show proof, but I'll be hiding myself for a bit I'll tell you that much ????

Truthfully, these guys know how to give a fresh fade. Got cut by Ibrahim and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The hospitality of the shop is impeccable as well. They say for men, finding the right barber can be harder than finding a wife. ????????‍♂️ First time going to a shop in Waterloo after living downtown Toronto for 7 years. I was nervous but came across the solid reviews online. I arrived early and the random barber I selected was busy, no problem. Ibrahim welcomed me to the shop immediately when I walked in and ended up cutting my hair. I told him exactly how I styled my hair, the spots with recession and how I envisioned my cut. He knows exactly what he’s doing. Fresh skin-fade blended in to perfection, and more importantly and uncommonly his scissor acumen was polished, detailed and on point. Hands down, will go back every time to Ibrahim. Others in the shop also looks extremely skilled. Great guy to chat with during a cut too.

It was my first time there by the recommendation of a friend and he tailored the haircut to my head and face shape and really did an outstanding job. I've been here twice now for haircuts. Both times very satisfied! Both times I was able to get a haircut the same day as I booked. Prices are fair, 22$ for a normal haircut, 25$ for a zero fade and 20$ for students. Haircuts typically take 30 minutes. Staff are friendly, and someone is specifically employed for answering the phones, bookings as well as payment. Distancing, cleaning and hygiene are also well done! Would definetly reccomend to anyone in the area.
