I have been looking for a hair stylist that actually listens to what I was hoping for in a haircut. After quite a few attempts of not getting what I asked for from various salons, I decided to go to Louie's on Courtland Ave, Kitchener, as I know it has been around for many years. Being a bit nervous with another new stylist, I met Erica, who was very much interested in seeing the pictures I was showing and talking about how she would cut my hair to get it to the style I was hoping for. She took her time to get it right. She is very pleasant and easy to talk to, but concentrates on the job at hand. Thank you Erica. I tosselled my hair up a bit to the way I would wear it once I got home and it was so easy to style to my liking. My husband was pleasantly surprised when he got home and that confirms what I feel about the wonderful cut Erica gave me today. Thank You!

First of all, when I came in (I made an appointment a day earlier mind you) the hairdresser refused to give me a hairstyle because she was going to finish work in an hour and did not want to do it. I made an appointment and told right away what I wanted. She just refused to take me in. Terrible customer service.

The old man gives horrible cuts, he needs to quit. I strongly advise you don't let him touch your hair. He has no fixed rate for the cuts never know what he will charge you but what he does charge you is not worth it at all. Messed up my hair completely, did not use scissors on the top did everything with clippers. Looks so unprofessional the lengh of my hair is uneven all over.

I had no issues with the haircuts from this shop. I was satisfied by their service. They were friendly to everyone and they are ready to cut according to our wish. I didn't feel the cutting charges are expensive.

What a sad state of affairs!! Went to this Barber shop where I have been going for about 10 Years. Service was always good and haircuts were reasonable at $20 (Cash) no Visa, No debit, No RECEIPT!! Today I went and with out notice, Haircuts are now $26 (Cash) No Visa No Debit No RECEIPT!!! No Blow Drying (Not Allowed) No razor (Not Allowed) all which is understandable because of COVID . . . However the owner is at his cottage, so business I guess didn't hurt him too bad. Maybe someone should look into where all this CASH is going . . . . . By The Way, haircuts are mediocre at best. Better off at Firstchoice!!! Typical response from this greaseball . . . .

Terrible haircut from a guy who is clearly way too old! Cut sucked had to pay to go somewhere else and get it fixed! And they don't have interac like the rest of the world! Avoid this place at all costs! Go to first choice instead lol!!
