Punctual service; appointment started right on time. Paul was very gentle with his work, but also adjusted the look effectively according to my wishes. Good price as well, $40 for wash, cut, dry and style. Would return.

I would say best asian style haircut in Waterloo. Althought the price is a little bit higher, the service is absolutely at platinum level and worthy of that price. The lady here is really experienced and skilled on haircut.

I saw Jennifer based on a recommendation from my sister. I was very happy with my visit and I would highly recommend Jennifer. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and customized the cut for my hairtype. She knew what would be most flattering for my face shape and hair texture. She also gave me a lot of helpful tips to style my hair at home. Very professional and talented. Will come back again!

The owner has been my stylist since before Zero Degree opened. Her cuts reminded me of cuts I was receiving in the Bay Area while in California. Her layers are beautiful, her cuts last, and she's always very warm and not too chatty. I really like her new salon, too. So much so that now that I've moved 2.5 hours away, I still come back for my cuts.

I have been there when grand opening, nice hair cut, service is excellent. I did not feel any stress in there. Sadly I have graduated otherwise I will go there every month since it is very close to school and nice service. For the price, I perspectively consider worth it. 5 star for my old friend. I loved the service I received at Zero degree. Carter, my stylist took his time to make sure I got a great fade along with making sure I got the haircut I desired. I switched my mind from wanting to get a fade on one side and an undercut on the other to getting fades on both sides - and he did the undercut first to show me how it looked and then proceeded to give me the fades on both sides. Honestly, one of the best haircuts I’ve received in the waterloo region (this is after trying almost every salon / barber in the area).. will be going again soon! Thanks Carter!

This salon is the BEST - Jennifer is the only person I trust colouring/cutting my hair. Not a lot of people know how to colour hair like she does. She is a perfectionist and they use the best products/treatments to make sure your hair is not damaged afterwards. She is also very honest, she told me everything up front so that I knew what to expect and how I need to maintain my hair in order to keep it healthy. She spent 4 hours on my hair so when you consider the products/treatments/time/effort they spend on you, the price is more than reasonable. I always walk out extremely happy with my hair. True professionals!
