I love this salon. It's clean, well-kept, bright, and welcoming. The staff are friendly and very talented. I completely trust my stylist to cut and style my hair in the most flattering way for me. I also had my hair coloured there and it was beautiful: lots of depth with lowlights and highlights and a very flattering colour. I highly recommend them.

It's been nearly a decade since I started coming to Classique for my cuts. It's hard to be consistent with a task as meticulous as a proper fade, but they do it. EVERY time. I'm amazed at the consistency. I always go to Winton but I have not seen a dissatisfied customer with any of the barbers there. Great vibe to chat too.

Winton, the owner of the barbershop is the best barber you can possibly have in the KW area. He listens and understands what you would like and makes sure you get the cut/trim you would like. He takes his time to make sure you are content with the style you go for and what you asked for as well. His charges are good for children, adults, students and even seniors. He is often booked quite well in advance but it is well worth the wait.

Don't go here for anything more than a "fade." That's probably the only thing they are decent at. Which honestly doesn't take a lot of skill. I don't know what my barber was smoking but he gave me the worst cut of my life.

***6 stars*** - I've been seeing Winton for years since my early school days. My hair is thick and frizzy and hard to cut. But this guy knows how to do a fade. He puts a lot of time and care into his cuts and understands how to do a line-up: Even from the front. He works the straight blade like magic. I still travel down from Toronto with my friend to get a fresh cut. Even during COVID. He's that good!!!

Started going here about a year ago. Cuts were decent but as barbers got laid off and the barber section downsized, the quality of cuts went down as well (speaking from the men's side). Winton is the only barber there and I've had issues with my appointments being delayed (e.g. Booked for 1:15, don't get in until 1:30 or so). I get that haircuts can go longer, however this was due to not focusing on the haircut and taking calls consistently during my cuts. Also talking with friends and not focused on the task of cutting my hair, which led to the rhythm being disrupted, inconsistent cuts and not getting what I wanted. Also, when given a line-up, my hairline is always pushed back, causing my hair to look horrible within two weeks due to the overgrowth. I've been to other barbers who don't push it back and can still give a decent cut, so I know that it's possible. I'm taking my business elsewhere for better quality. This is a completely honest review, no hard feelings. Please hire more barbers so that CC can get back to what it was in the earlier years.

He’s one of the most friendly, understanding barbers you’ll ever meet. He’s always willing to listen to what you want and even if you tell him you don’t like something he will fix it to your exact preference. You will never leave disappointed. I’ve been to barbers in Mississauga and across the GTA and none of them are as good as him. Been going to Classiques cuts for the past couple months after I was referred to the shop by a friend. After months of visiting multiple barber shops in Kitchener to get a decent cut, I finally found the place that provides great cuts, good customer service and good vibes. Winston takes pride to ensure that his shop is always clean and smelling fresh. Since the new year I’ve noticed that he has also been offering customer free tea and coffee at the shop which is a nice gesture in the winter.. great place to be for a nice hair cut.. also most importantly the shop operates by appointment so no waiting around in a long line for your cuts..

I have been seeing Winton regularly, once a month over this time period and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for the best haircut/shave experience available. Winton takes an interest in all of his customers and takes the time to ensure that each one gets his undivided attention. I would suggest the hot towel and shave as a highlight.
