Son went in for a thinking and trim he had long blond hair and when he left he has a biz cut and a mop on the top. He old the lady #4 for the trimmers on the side and back thin and trim the top as she started his side she said this is a number 4 ( it was just the blade) I looked up from reading a magazine and I saw the mess she was making I had to walk away. it’s bad when a 16 year old cry’s on his way to the car as she cut off all his hair he did not want to go to school. He was trying to be brave and say it will grow back. Poor kid had his first “bad hair cut”

Michelle took the time to understand my hair before she started as I have a weird Cow Lick. She asked lots of questions to make sure she knew what I wanted and then some questions that I never even thought of as most folks will just start cutting a man's hair as if there is only one style. Well done to her specifically, but the entire team has always been polite and helpful. I remain impressed and continue to go there after a year.

First time I went here I had a pretty good haircut. Enough to go back. Second time was the worst haircut I have ever had done. Beware new stylists at this place I'm pretty sure the lady who did my hair the second time had zero experience. She did literally the exact opposite of what I asked. Unfortunately they have lost my business now and it's not worth the risk to go back again.

Mandy cut my son's hair and did and awesome job yet again! They take your temperature upon coming to the store, put your belongings into a plastic bag to minimize contact with belongings and contact with others belongings say on a coat hook, etc. They are efficient while following all protocols set out by the health unit.

I have gotten haircuts from two different stylist at quattro. Teresa is the owner n she did my haircut twice and did and impeccable job. Julia is equally talented and did a great job. She was communicating continuously to get an idea of what I wanted. The last experience I had was with highlights.. not quite what I wanted and I feel like more communication and a test strand could’v helped get better results. I have also had my drop in kids’s haircut done by Mandy and they were good. Quattro will be my go to place for haircut and dye. They have reasonable prices and appointments are made to avoid any inconvenience. The location being at the mall is ideal.

I was absolutely blown away by the service I received here! I’m new to Kingston and was looking for an experienced stylist I could trust with my hair. I called late on a Saturday seeing if anyone would take me for a cut, a colour, and highlights. Julia was the only one who would accept me that late in the day because they closed at 6. Well I was there from 4-7pm. Julia stayed AN HOUR later than they were even opened to finish my hair and made sure I was happy with it. And when I was leaving it was very dark, the mall was closed, and she offered to drive me to my car at the far end of the parking lot around the opposite side of the building! Talk about amazing customer service! I will definitely be a repeat customer and I recommend going here 100%☺️

They need to update there times and put a sign on the doors to tell everyone when they are open, it says 11 on there site but they aren't open at 11:20 still.
