Being new to town, I had to find myself a salon here in Kingston. Aphordite provided myself a wonderful experience I will never forget. First off, after communiting to Lena (the salon owner) over instagram, she promplty handed me over to the red expert herself, Emma. I already felt well cared for and taken cared of even before I entered the salon! Upon arrival, I entered a very welcoming and bubbly atmosphere! Lena provided excellent customer service and already had me engaged in conversation, and she was not even the salon artist who was to be working on my hair. Emma herself was prompt with my appointment time and too made me feel so special. She surprised me with a birthday present, and this was my first time meeting her. Throughout my visit, Emma showed excellent knowledge and even made sure that I was aware throughout the process as to what she was doing. She also provided great hair recommendations to which I followed, and the result of my hair was stunning! I have never felt more loved in a studio. Emma transformed my sad, dry. thin hair into an artistic masterpiece. I have never had my hair feeling so soft, full and looking so incredible. Emma even took the time out of her busy life to drop off some products at my house. This just shows that the staff here at Aphrodite Hair Salon will always go above and beyond to provide a one of a kind experience! At Aprhodite, I felt like I was apart of there special family. I will definetly be a returning customer and I cannot wait to be back in Emma's talented hands.

I used to struggle with really bad anxiety getting my hair done until I met Lena. She immediately offered me water and was extremely accommodating and empathetic towards my needs. On top of this my hair always looks amazing and I am continuously getting compliments on it when I never used to. I have now been seeing Lena since she opened for business and I no longer struggle with the anxiety thanks to her. She is definitely one of the best if not the best in Kingston. Life changing forsure and I highly highly highly recommend booking with her.

Lena, has been so wonderful with me over the years. She has always giving me great advice when it comes to my hair. As I am, an older ageing woman.
