If you want simple haircut this place isn’t bad. I would also recommend them for kids haircut. Cheaper than any other salon inside the mall and friendly staff. But don’t expect for more. Their process is pretty simple. They Spray the hair with water, cut and go.

Just wanted to get my sides undercut and I don't see no reason to spend $30 at a premium shop. They charged 11 bucks for the service and I think it's a pretty good price. Only if the place was a bit more organized, but cant complaint much.

Super bad service, I was the second one there to arrive. While I was waiting for Zenny to cut my hair other people started to arrive, her knowing it was my turn.. She called in next. So I got up to go and she said " oh just wait it won't take long" and she took the customer that arrived after me... so I waited 15 min more.. I got a call and went outside to take it for 15 seconds !nd when I can back there was someone alse on the chair.. I told her it was my turn and is as waiting for a while now, but she replied " Oh she had an appointment but it won't take long".. so I left. Super bad service when they don't know who is next or who is arriving at which time. Super un-organized workplace!! Also while I was there, there was few people complaining about their haircut that they did not want it like that but of course the haircuter started talking in Mandarin and just told them to pay. SUPER BAD SERVCE!!!

I recommend not making an appointment. Just walk in and pretty much you're done in an hour or less. @ $11 haircut for men's, what more can you ask for. Best time to come here is around 1 pm during weekdays to avoid waiting too long. Parking can also be difficult during peak hours.

Cheap and treat you cheap Average Duration:5-8 minutes per head Funny story: I leaf my cash (cash only) at car they refused to accept e transfer and they wanted to hold my phone to let me go and get my wallet, And they spent more time discussing it than the time I was on chair, One of the customer paid for me and I paid him. Gave her a Second chance (my sister's hair in the first appointment was so lopsided professional hair dressers where cringing) and They did not cut my hair properly and she just took scissors to my hair and just started chopping away, I had to tell her to stop and that it wasn't arm pit length but above shoulder length! and then she "fixed" it up at the end I had chunks of hair that were longer than others, my hair was lopsided, went back and there and zenny didn't want to refund me, it was a when I mentioned the gas and time I took out if my day to fix my hair that she finally gave me $15.(partial refund)Didn't even want to heear my criticism about the hair dresser. It took zenny 20 minutes to fix it. Never going back.

I would agree with the previous poster. Customer service is nonexistent at this place. I was also forced to wait, as some other guy jumped the queue somehow. Hair cuts are cheap as chips here, but they are not professional barbers by any means. You get what you pay for. If you have a simple hair style - this place will work. Otherwise, i would suggest finding another hair salon.

Found this place a month ago. I have short hair and it's hard to get a cut that the style last more then a couple weeks. Zenny and her staff are quick reasonable priced and do a great job. They are very busy on the weekends so I'd you can go during the week you likley won't have to wait as long. They do there best to not have you wait but it's worth it just the same.

I was blown away with the lack of professionalism. I asked for a trim. The stylist had a different idea of what my hair style should be. She cut way more than I asked her too. I had to stop her mid cut. She was cutting with vigor and rudeness. I was devastated and disrespected. I would recommend people go elsewhere if they want to get a cut the way you want, not how the stylist wants. I had to go to another salon to have it fixed as best as they could. Never will go back to Zenny. No one I know will too.

Girlfriend went to get just a little cut. Stylist did not listen to how she wanted it and more was taken off then what was intended. When she tried to put her glasses on to see how it was coming along because she felt it wasn't going how she wanted, the stylist so very rudely told her, "I'm not done yet!" The hell with that BS, the customer should have every right to see how their hair is being cut, right?! My gf is so upset. Well, my friend went back and the owner fixed her hair. Looks so much better now. We are both happy. Thank you Zenny.
