???? BEWARE STAY AWAY!!???? Went in to get a haircut and it was such a bad job that I had to go elsewhere today to get it fixed it was so bad that the staff at today's place even questioned if ultracuts even knew their cutting measurements. Save your money and go elsewhere

The prices are far , but watch out when you don't what your hair wash. Ultrcuts will not deduct it from the regular price . When they tell the customers a price for a hair cut people think that's the regular price . Then when customers check the price ,they find the price didn't change as they thought. Other then that it still a good place for a haircut. Buyer's Beware.

Showed up at 2 minutes to 8, sign says they open at 8.The door was locked staff showed up at 802 ok stuff happens, and let me in. I stated I was there as I wanted to be first, was told "we will see about that". Was asked to have a seat. Waited for ten minutes with not another sight of the staff. So I got up and left. As I had places to be. As I was parked in front of the door the scowl I got was enough reason to not come back to the only place I have had my hair cut in at least 15 years.

The absolute worst place to cut hair, unfriendly, didn't know what she was doing. Hair looks awful. I'm going to have to get another hair cut else where to try and get it fixed. Place doesn't even deserve one star. This was at the Gordon Road location in Regina.

I booked an appointment for 3:30 in the afternoon as this was the only opening in my schedule. An hour later, they phoned back and told me that I had to come in earlier as my 3:30 time was cancelled as an earlier booking had changed and that customer would take longer. I questioned why they did not refuse the change to the earlier appointment and they offered no valid reason except that it was a mistake in the earlier booking. If they were not able to accept the change to the earlier booking without impacting another customer, why did they accept the change? Very unprofessional. I recommend that If you are a business person, expecting a business-like transaction - find another place to do business.

I booked an appointment for 2pm and she was taking in other people before me I asked that my appointment is at 2 and it's 2:10 she said that she didn't want to put me down as an appointment and that she's to nervous to cut my hair but I didn't do anything to her I asked what was the point of making appointments all she can say was what do you want me to do about I have peoples hair to cut so I called up great clips they were ready for me to come and get my hair cut even some people left to come to the other place so I wouldn't trust going to this business anymore.

Had a horrible experience here! So I went in for a trim as a walk in. I sat on the chair and closed my eyes and took sometime to relax. Told her about a inch. Just the ends. My hair was about to my belly button area. When she was almost done I opened my eyes. She had cut my hair between my elbow and shoulder and the shortest piece was just about my shoulders. I had asked for a trim! It was so uneven and short! The back part of my hair was short and the front was long. I was keeping my hair long for two reasons. I am getting married and after I get married I was suppose to be donating my hair to someone I know with cancer. I had went home in tears. Had later called back to explain my frustration and they offered for me to come back and to have the same lady fix it. I said no way. And they told me their manager would call me. I ended up sending a Facebook message about to them and they had asked me to go in so she can look at it. Don’t see what looking at it would fix it. I expected a simple trim of the ends. Not cutting off half my hair. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!

I had the worst experience ever! The lady is unskilled. She does not know how to cut hair and respect customers. I went for a haircut. The lady cut my hair within 4 minutes and it looked bad. And I had a giftcard to pay. She did not select the gift card option for payment. When I asked her did you select the giftcard option. She glared at me and said there is no option. You only swipe the card. In the end I had to pay with cash because she did not let me use my giftcard! I am not happy with my haircut. Warning: Do not get a haircut at Ultracuts Gordon Road, Regina. Worst haircut and experience!

My daughter's hair was a complete disaster when we went in. Thought she would need a buzz kit to remedy the situation. Jaida was amazing, she was able to salvage a decent amount of hair so that my daughter was extremely happy when leaving. Jaida was amazing with her, patient and a miracle worker. Thank you again!!

The place is run by in qualified hairdresser. They are not licensed and the place should be closed. I filed a complaint and nothing has been done. They don't follow covid protocol so if you want to stay healthy I would avoid this salon. The manager is aware and yet shows no care on making changes.

I had an appointment for 10:00 am which I showed up for on the dot. I was greeted with who I believe was the manager and she told me to sit down as she was on a phone call with her husband. She then went to help the only other hairdresser on duty with her client which took quite a few minutes. At about 10:15 ish she did say that she was sorry for the wait. I asked her if she was short staffed to which she immediately replied "no," and explained how they had all the staff that was necessary. At this time I was at least thinking I could finally get my haircut, but the phone rang again. It seemed it was either a friend or employee, or both, and after a couple of minutes of talking on the phone, she ran into the back to chat for a while longer. I get you can have busy mornings, but I have never experienced such unprofessional-ism when waiting to get a haircut. Either the manager needs to cut these phone calls short, or she needs more staff. At this point I had had it, I went down to Chatters and received a much more professional experience. If you're ever in the mall for a haircut, go to Chatters, not Ultracuts.

I went and got my hair coloured today, I showed them a picture and even picked out a colour, which is a dark brown shade and they said okay. Once they were done my hair was blonde and I argued that my hair doesn't look anything like the picture and they gave some bs excuse and pushed me to pay. I called the head office and tried to get in contact with the manager and no one has replied. I want a refund!

I got a guys hair cut the lady I belive was Loretta I might be wrong. It was the worst experience ever. She had no personality. Was most unfriendly person ever. She rushed my cut . I told her I didn't want it short. She never asked if I wanted it washed first. She then cut it super short. Way to short. Then she never combed or styled my hair. She never used a blow driver or cleaned the hair off me . She never asked if I wanted it washed afterwards. I came home hair all over me . I showered and my hair is so uneven. One side super short I can see my scalp the other side longer . The back was cut way up my neckline. Absolutely ???? terrible. I'll be asking for my money back.
