First time stopping by after a quick appointment booking last night. I received an email instantly when I booked, reminding me of the appointment and received a thank you email. I really liked this gesture. The barbers are equally as nice and professional. Israel cut my hair and his experience and knowledge of blades made me feel instantly comfortable. He knows so much about the craft and clearly has a passion for making great cuts. The cut was a reasonable price for the skill set these barbers offer. If you’re looking for a trim or a new haircut at a great price in St. James, there is really no other place you should go. I will be coming back for the conversation and of course the awesome cut. I expected a much better haircut for the price. Heck i expect a decent haircut at less but for what they charge, it should have been an excellent cut. Instead it was uneven. I didn't get what i asked for which happens sometimes but i expected better after showing a photo and explaining it. The barber was friendly though.

Very hit or miss the few times I went here. The 2 guys working there obviously don't like each other and it makes it very uncomfortable. I wish I'd want to go back but after the last cut taking less than 15 minutes and seeming very rushed I'll be going elsewhere.

I asked for a certain look and he made it possible, I'm very happy with my haircut and style, I feel great looking at myself in the mirror. It's awesome what a haircut can do for your self esteem! Thank you so very much for doing the same for my kids, they love their haircuts as well! Happy to have found this little hole in the wall, and the guys who work there, too! My 3rd haircut with Bless @ the Portage Ave location. Excellent job all 3x. Once they have your hair profile, consistent with each cut. Bless is an excellent barber, definitely one of the best haircuts I've had in Winnipeg. A good guy as well!
