My experience here was absolutely horrible. The hairdressers here are completely inexperienced. I asked for a fade and there was random uncut patches of hair on my head and visible line I had to fix when I got home. Just horrible. I can do a better job at home.

I absolutely recommend! When I arrive at the salon the place is clean and I'm greeted with a smile. My stylist Alanna is so knowledgeable about styles, cuts, face shape, color processes and is just so talented. I leave her hands feeling so absolutely beautiful! She is able to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease if I'm unsure. The prices are always incredibly reasonable. Alanna is an excellent example for what Singletons is, she's so kind and always listens to what I want before proceeding and I feel so stylish coming out with my new do's. Singletons and Alana is a great choice! Love it here and I will remain a loyal customer always.

I did book my son in laws hair cut and they told me he wasn’t in the appointment book. So disappointed. Plus when my daughter had her hair cut there, they missed some of her cut bangs from before. She wanted them redone. I had to do it at home. I do not recommend this place. Sorry but not sorry.

I love Singletons on Main. I 100% recommend Angel. She has been doing my hair for over 2 years and we have gone from long to super short back to long again. Nothing phases her and the results are just as amazing every single time. Also, I take my kids here and they get whoever is available at the walk-in and theirs is also great each time. I love that we can get professional haircuts that don’t break the bank.

I’m sitting in the waiting room and I just had to review what a great experience. I booked appointments for my two young boys and customer service over the phone was amazing! And once we arrived it’s been a pleasure. Talkative to my boys and I’m just so happy I tried them out! Prices were affordable! I will definitely be back!

SUPER HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, after getting my haircut, I went to pay, but the debit machine was not working. So they made me try for about 15-20 min making me miss an appointment that I had. Eventually, they told just to come another day and pay it later. The following day they called me a little bit before there closing hour, telling me how I have to come the day after to pay. I told them that I can't make it that day due to my work/ school. The Manager, TAMMY, was VERY VERY RUDE, she went on accusing me of being a theif. I have been a customer for a long time. I think it's safe to say, I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN

If you want your hair to look like it was cut by a lawnmower, then this is the place for you! I was appalled to pay $35(+tip) for a service that did NOT include a wash or any type of styling ; my hair was simply tousled with a blow dryer leaving me a very frizzy mess! And then when I got home I had to enlist my husbands help to clean up the rat tails i was left with. I asked for "subtle and blended layers". And instead I got this mauled look. Not impressed

After years of struggling to find a great hairdresser I finally found Alanna ! A few years back my previous hairdresser I had completely botched my hair so naturally my fear of trying out another hairdresser terrified me so I sent my son first to test her out to take one for the team (true story lol) he was extremely impressed and gave Alanna a thumbs up. To this day I see her every 3 weeks for a cut and color and it is perfection each time. After each appointment she makes a point of messaging me to ensure I am satisfied, she truly go above and beyond.

My husband just returned home from your Main Street location. The hair cut he received is horrible! The back is all crooked and bits are sticking out. He realised after I mentioned it that the stylist didn't even show him the back. It looks to me as if someone just walked in off the street to hack off his hair. And he paid $25 to look this way??? I'm disgusted. And now I have to fix your mistakes. We will NOT be back.

Don't bother going in at or just before 7 pm as they are always booked till close. I work late and tried to take my kids there more than once with an hour to spare till they close and the shop is empty with no one waiting and one person getting a cut? This happened at only this location twice last year too come to think of it. Since when do you have to book an appointment when there are two stylists and one isn't busy or doesn't look like it anyway as it seems they can't do hair cuts after a certain time without one. Not cool!!!!!

Made a huge mistake going there, if there was an option for no stars, they would get 0 stars from me. They did a poor job doing the simplest task or straightening my hair and they charged me more than double than what my regular hair dresser charged. Stay away from Singletons and save you're money and time!!

June 25 at Jefferson and Main. Again! Year after year....."Just a light trim please"....... Only to leave with another Singleton Beaner hack job. Don't go unless you don't care. They need to talk less and listen more. A light trim is a 1/2 to 3/4" clean-up. They just can't figure it out. Don't go!

It would probably be a different experience for women, but if you are looking for a modern, men's cut (I am in my Twenties) this isn't the place for you. My hairdresser couldn't really do a fade, nor was she able to give a simple comb-over/side part. What was worst was taht she would not even take more off the top and sides when I requested it (this was after she straight up gave me a number Two on the side, after I requested a number One...multiple times! ) Though the staff were very friendly, my hairdresser caughed on me a number of time throughout the cut. That being said, it was cold season. Really, really not worth the money (~$30 )

Having my haircut kept fresh and clean is really important to me and thats why i see Alanna every 2 weeks like clock work. She has always done a great job making me look my best and gets me in on the day and time I need it. It is nice being able to go in and have a good time with Alanna or with any of the staff that is working when I am in. Alanna was aweful. She was going to fix our hair but ended up just telling me and my sister that it was our hairs fault... Excuse me but your supposed to know how to do hair even if it's our hair growth. Both of us walked out upset because it wasn't straight. Mine was lopsided and I managed to "fix" it myself in the mirror. You can't cut hair then don't cut hair. Blaming the customer is never a solution. Try being kind to the people who go in. I would never recommend anyone to go to Alanna. The other girl was great she helped my other sisters. Their hair was cut straight and she was very helpful and kind. Both of them were happy with how she helped my sister's.

I've been seen Alanna for about 4 years now and she gives me a great cut every time. She's quick and efficient with skin fade haircuts and she's the only one I trust to do my beard. With covid, I cannot get my facial hair done in salon right now so Alanna made a point of giving me some tips as to how I can groom myself the way I like it at home. She cares about what she does and shes good at it.
