I have been to this place twice after seeing the closing hours as 7pm on google. Every time I reached there, it was between 5 and 5:30 pm. Both the times, I was turned down saying that they closed the place earlier today. This is not a coincidence, given that the lady was always inside the shop next to it, which is also run by the same set of people, apparently. Not going there again.

This is definitely the place to get a haircut in downtown Winnipeg (central 714 Ellice Ave). He took a lot of time layering and it's by far one of the best by a Barber I've ever received. Best part of it? $12! Make sure you tip!
