Lovely shop in Maples area, very clean, and the staff were very courteous and professional. Excellent job by Raman. He took his time with the cut, did not rush at all even though it was well past their closing time. This will be my regular at this location going forward. I came here to get my hair done for a wedding reception. While the owners are very polite they fried my hair. I used to have goregous naturally curly/coily hair after getting my hair done here my hair refuses to curl and I have breakage EVERYWHERE. There are strands that refuse to curl and my hair is extremely stringy. My hair was considerably long and now I have to get it cut to my shoulders because of how badly damaged my hair has become not to mention having to pay for an extremely expensive olaplex treatment at a different salon and at home treatments. Never coming back. Also telling all my family and friends not to come here especially if they have textured hair.

Worst experience ever had..totally spoiled my hairs and burnt my hairs as well. They guys use low quality products. They don’t have knowledge about anything. Still facing lots of problem with my hairs as well as regretting why I went to this salon. I would like to zero star. Adding more in my review after his reply. I took hair colouring and smoothening service in June and i know your salon is closed by the way not your salon every salon is closed in this pandemic. And why you don’t recognize your clients after damaging their hairs. I saw your other reply for people who comment negative about service. So, i was your client and I showed you my hairs as well after your service and you did nothing just gave me the haircut????
