Worst haircut I have ever received. Felt like I was being poked in The side of the head with a stick, scissors were extremely dull and resulted in every chop feeling like hair was being pulled from my head rather than cut. Hairdresser didn’t say a word until spoken to and even then barely responded. As soon as I got home girlfriend noticed obvious spots that needed touching up. 23$ for 10min of abuse. Don’t recommend to anyone. Solid 0 stars.

I have been coming here for years. I love to dye my hair red. This is the best salon I have ever found to become a red head or a bright copper. Their Redken product line is the best and my hair keeps the color very well.

Hair Obsession is by far my favourite hair salon. It is extremely clean and beautiful. Kaitlynn does my mom, my sister, and I. She’s amazing! Anything i’ve ever asked for, she’s done perfectly. Different tones of blonde, chunky money piece, baby lights, braids, face framing layers, she’s done it all and i’ve loved it every single time she’s done my hair. My hair always looks stunning, feels healthier, and it lasts a very long time after the appointments. :)

I'm always worried about getting my haircut by just anyone. I have a wild head of hair and it's difficult to cut it properly as I've found out many times while looking for a hairdresser I can trust and and have faith in. I've had many horror stories, I'm glad hair grows back for this reason but I've had the pleasure of having two different people at hair obsession cut my hair perfectly everytime. They remodeled the store too, and it's very nice; modern but comfortable. Needless to say, it's my go to for a great cut at a great price.

Great all around. Very accommodating. Great coloring. I've read some of the negative reviews and it's really unfortunate. I've been lucky enough to get great hairdressers there. There is one that is quieter than the others, but I've never had her. I don't think you can base a review with just the experience of one hairdresser. Maybe find out if you can have someone else. This has been a family business forever, the current owner's mother used to do my hair.

Just had a haircut there for a total of 5minutes and 23 dollars. Had to come home to find out the pretty much my whole haircut was cut uneven and not even finished. What ever the girl's name is Krista or something seems to be in a big rush and very unprofessional. I personally will never recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

I got probably the worst hair cut I have ever had. My mom's bowl cuts when I was a kid where better. The hair cut was so bad I had to get my wife to try and clean it up for me as I had long hairs around my ears. The back of my kneck was not straight no wonder why the back of my head wasn't shown with a mirror. I wish that was it but I'm pretty sure my head was bleading from the buzzer getting japped into my skull many times. Then I almost had a stroke when I was charged 30 dollars for something they should have paid me for.

My daughter had her hair dyed here. She said she wanted her hair lighter. They told her they didnt have any dark just light and she said thats ok thatswhat i want. They dyed her hair darker. They charged her double the price she was quoted. And they spilled dye on her light colored pants. The girl said oh dont worry that will wash out. Then they didnt even dry her hair. They said they didnt have time because another client was coming in and they close at 5. Her appointment was at 3:30. This place is a big disappointment. We all know hair dye doesnt wash out of clothing. And if a hairdresser quotes you a price, thats the price you pay. If they say itll only take 20 mins to set, then it should be 20 mins. And sending someone home with soaking wet hair when its cold out is just laziness on their part. They could have dried her hair while they waited for the other client. I beleive this place is just some girls who decided to buy a store and try out being hairdressers for awhile. Its quite apparent that they have no ide what they are doing. And not only are the getting a bad review online, they are also getting a complaint to the BBB. And a bad review will be written in the newspaper. If your smart you will NOT go to this place. Kaitlynn is one of the bad hairdressers.

The worst haircut I have ever had in my life, I assume the stylist they did my hair doesn’t enjoyer her job The staff very unfriendly walked out very unhappy now I know why they don’t have a tip line on the debit machine. I guess I will have to wear a hat for the next 6 weeks if someone asks I will say where this Terrible hair cut was done I should have went to Pawsh Dog for a wash and cut probably would have turned out better cause it couldn’t be worse. Never again

Friendly staff and the stylist I had, Alacin, did a great job. Also one of the few places you can get a good flat top style haircut done, just as for Jay. They have recently renovated which includes a comfortable waiting area with free coffee provided by a Keurig brewer.
