I followed my stylist here and am always thrilled with her work, and will probably keep coming here for her, in spite of what I have to say in this review. I love the beautiful space and the staff are always friendly. However, I had to go without haircuts or go elsewhere during the early pandemic because Hairco chose to do beard trims before people were vaccinated. I am immunocompromised and tried to explain my situation but no support was offered to allow me to have safer haircuts. Other salons/barbershops chose not to offer beard trims or offered times for higher risk people to get haircuts without being next to someone unmasked. I am disappointed that they did not extend any care to the most vulnerable clients who face additional strains and limitations throughout the pandemic. I will never forget their choice to put profit or getting back to business as usual, ahead of caring for their community.

More people need to give this place a chance. The service is affordable, but the cuts I’ve gotten are just as good as places where I’ve paid twice as much. Also, super friendly, great customer service and an awesome place to unwind after work with a beer while you get your hair cut. Unfortunately it never seems busy, which is really too bad considering the quality.

Terrible costumer service. Rude they igloro me . My hair stylist pulled my hair out ..Cut my ear. Was not impressed. And also they not talk to me only complained about the previous customer. I would be ashamed if that was my employees .

Hair Co. is a lovely welcoming salon in a beautifully designed warehouse in the Exchange District. The staff and stylists are courteous and go that extra mile to make you feel glamorous and special. While getting your service you are treated to specialty tea blends and can even purchase some bubbly for those extra special occasions. I would highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for a nice and relaxing style experience.

Last night was my first visit at Hair Co. and it certainly won't be my last. It was the most relaxed I've ever felt while receiving a hair service. Jill provided me with a top notch haircut and an enjoyable conversation. The space itself is so beautiful and spacious. I haven't my hair coloured in years and recently went to Brett to get a blonding service done. Holy smokes, was I blown away with what he did! I honestly don't remember the last time i've loved my hair this much. He has a client for life! As for the salon- it is beautiful in there, so clean and they are visibly practicing proper sanitizing and other covid-related policies. An added bonus is the fact that they are a green circle certified salon so they also have lots of great eco-friendly practices. I would HIGHLY recommend this place!

I love Hair Co! Jill C is the best stylist in the universe and I love the salon space, too -- beautiful and open design that still offers a sense of ... well, privacy and intimacy aren't quite the right words, but certainly the experience that you're not on display in the middle of a big room =-) I love all the plants everywhere, and the fact that the space is set up in an inviting way so you can linger for a moment if you need to check messages on your phone etc before leaving. I've definitely been to cramped and crowded salons that made it feel as if you needed to be processed in and out and next *lol* I was just about to book my next appointment here and thought I'd chime in and leave a very positive review =-)

From hair styling, beard trimming to the classic straight razor shave — he's a master! He takes his time and pays attention to detail — he listens to you and teaches you how you can always look your best. Plus, this newly renovated space in The Exchange is filled with large windows and natural light, making it a great place to hang out, people watch and feel like you are in a neighborhood coffee shop, rather than a salon. I get it, change can be a tricky thing — especially when it comes to changing your hair salon/stylist. But this is more than just another haircut, it's a visit to look forward to.

The experience begins from the moment you walk through the big beautiful glass doors; from the incredible selection of product to the gorgeous decor-and of course the warm, welcoming and extremely talented team.
