I have been going to 360 since they opened on MacGregor 2 years ago. The quality of care I’ve gotten has been outstanding. I have mature, wavy hair and Lisa knows how to work with my hair. I’m very happy and that’s why I keep going back. The salon is clean, welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend TC

Everytime I'm here, it's such a great experience, whether it's getting my hair done or just coming along with my husband when he's getting his cut. The first time I went to 360 was when they were located downtown. Shael and the rest of the ladies are amazing and so accommodating. I saw Ira recently for a cut and colour -- the results blew me away. I've never had a regular salon before, and I'm happy that I finally found one.

I went here to get my nails filled, after having such a bad experience at the last salon I visited, and Yuka did such a fantastic job. She was super friendly, and very precise in her work. She made sure that I was happy with how my nails were looking throughout the entire appointment, and even spent longer than her usual time fixing the shape of my nails that the previous salon failed to do correctly, ensuring that they were perfect. As a nice added bonus, the owner of the salon was amazing, and he gave me (and the on other customer that was there) a free bottle of shampoo, which was super nice! I'm happy to say that I will definitely be back to 360 Hair & Nails, as my first visit was an absolutely wonderful experience.

I've been getting my hair cut here for a few years now by Brittney. Brittney does a fantastic job and is always very friendly. The owner Shael is also really friendly and approachable. Fortunately, I've never had to see him for anything other than to say Hi. :) I like that they also have annual cut-a-thons for local charities. Highly recommended.

Where to begin!? First off, I am proud to announce that I have finally found, 'my spot'. I am one hard customer to please when it comes to not only my hair but to fantastic customer service. 360 Hair and Nails, Bravo! You guys blew my expectations out of the water. Initially, my mom and I went in for an appointment she had made for herself. Not long after we walked in the door I was excited to be offered the opportunity to jump in the chair for not only a touch up but a chance to expand onto a hair style I've never had the courage to go for. With a little encouragement and lots of love, it was a grand success. I could go on and on about my personal experience, but to those of you who've taken the time to read this far... Please go check them out for yourself. You won't regret it. Again, a big warm thank you to all the staff and a lovely owner of this establishment for making an ordinary experience into something unforgettable. Mom and I will be back without a doubt.

Went in for a fix after a traumatic hair experience at a private salon. Melissa really took the time to listen to what I wanted, treated me with the utmost kindness, and worked wonders with my very thick, absorbent hair. I WILL be returning and recommending Melissa to everyone I know!

Used their services twice, first one was awesome! One old lady did awesome hair cut and wash. But today's experience was horrible! Yup, it was horrible! This girl seems to be on hurry and no wash not proper cut nor proper cleaning. Not worth the $$$. I wised the old lady could have been there. Not gonna go there again. Zero stars 0*

Hair By Lisa... I love the atmosphere of the hair studio and I love seeing Lisa ! She knows my very wavy /curly hair. Every time I see her my hair is happy and afterwards so much lighter, yet full , even though it’s very long. She seriously has magic scissors! Very good, it's a bit pricier than other locations, but the employees are very friendly. She showed me how to style my hair so I can recreate the haircut I got there. And she really went the extra mile to make she everything was perfect. And as I was leaving she gave me a hug, now that's something you won't get at most salons. EDIT: They've moved out to the edge of the city. This is not a good location :(

This salon has an incredibly talented group of stylists who will do whatever you require, and if you are willing, they will create to suit you. Long hair, short hair, young or old, female or male...they’ll fix you up. From a simple clean up to a total makeover, these hair artists can do it all. I love going to 360 Hair. I have always been treated with respect and dignity. I highly recommend this establishment as a “Go To” place for anyone’s personal appearance needs. And...No I was NOT paid for this review. My sister paid over $400 to have her hair completely ruined by stylist named Christine. She asked for an ambre silver and left disappointed with half her hair fried and with greenish yellow ends. When she went back to complain all Christine offered was a bottle of shampoo and free toner, but would charge $45 for a blow out. I feel that my sister was completely taken advantage of and ripped off. With poor customer service and poor customer satisfaction, I would not suggest seeing this stylist or visiting this salon.

Followed 360 when they moved from downtown because it's worth it. Shop is always clean and friendly and the cuts are great. Most of all the owner cares about people, and will bend over backwards to make sure you're taken care of.

Based on my initial first experience I booked a second apt at this Salon. My original stylist had left so I saw another lady Kristine. The apt was booked over the lunch hour my stylist was 15 mins late to seeing me, while I required a simple trim when she did see me I was in and out of the salon 13 mins (date stamped with text messages) . The cut was good, not as good as the last one the other stylist who left did spend a lot longer (I have a pic of the other style to compare it to), but she soaked me double the price the original girl charged. Not only that I assumed that they were going to be the same price and the tip function is presented on the machine before the total so I wasn’t aware what I was being charged until after. I feel bad that I didn’t say something at the time but I was honestly simply shocked. I do feel I was overcharged for the service and that my time as a client wasn’t respected.

Gentleman said he could take me right away but if I wanted to finish my coffee it wouldn't be a problem. Great haircut and good conversation. Found out while I was paying he was the owner Shawn.
