I liked the lady who cut my hair but I feel as though creativity may have been lacking. I wasn't sure what I wanted but I wanted it to look modern. I've been compared to a 'loaf of bread' twice now. I'm assuming a freshly baked uncut loaf, as a Google search shows this as having the most resemblance in my opinion, and obviously the opinion of others.

Went to this barber shop on short notice as I wanted a haircut prior to a business meeting. First off, the haircut was good. It was what I wanted and properly done. The lady working on my hair cut it like a barber, not like a stylist who was working in a barber shop. So no complaints there. I have given the 3 star review because of the price. $35.70 for a hair cut! I get that I can have a "free" beer out of the fridge, but I don't go to pubs for a haircut and I don't go to barbers for a drink. And there was no way I was going to drink a beer early afternoon and then go to a business meeting. (that would not be clever, don't ya think). I inquired about a not so expensive price since I wasn't drinking and they said that it was an all in price beer or no beer. SO: if you are not drinking, then this is a stupid expensive place to get a hair cut. And even though the cut was well done, it wasn't worth $35.70 plus tip. Until the price goes down for people who don't want a "free" beer, I won't be a patron of this barber shop.

Just had a haircut done by Danica, and I'm extremely pleased. Excellent cut, including a wash and shampoo with a hot towel on the face. Also managed to get fit in on a busy Saturday with a short-notice appointment, I'm very happy and will be going again for sure!

Honestly i called a bunch of shops based on distance and although this was a little further they were able to get me in quick. Amazing haircut. I don't come to kelowna often but If I do again I will definitely be back for another cut. Moe

I moved to Kelowna a few months ago and was looking for a place to get my hair cut. I normally go wherever I can get a walk-in, but I have since changed my ways. The experience I had at MVP is definitely what keeps me coming back. Complimentary drinks while you wait, and TV's everywhere. No need to sit and flip through a magazine or scroll through social media while you wait. There's a TV at every chair, so you can watch what you wanna watch instead of awkwardly staring into your own eyes (unless you're into that kind of thing). The first time I went I thought it was a bit over the top to wash my hair and put a hot towel on my face but, but luckily I was talked into it and man was it worth it. I've had cheaper haircuts, but if you wanna look like you cut your own hair then good for you. Would absolutely recommend getting your lettuce trimmed at MVP.

Service of a magic cuts with realy bad knowledge stylists . Not what it used to be. Cooking shows on TV. Silk FM playing on a radio. NEVER AGAIN. Not a place for a great hair cut. Too bad.

I've never had a bad haircut there, and I don't even stick to a particular stylist. The stylists are the type who actually prefer to cut men's hair, so you'll probably be in good hands no matter how much you know about th cut you want. The drink options and waiting-room amenities are great too. I'll keep going back.

I have mid length hair and left with visible chunks out of the sides of my hair/sideburn area, even after consultation. did not catch hairdresser's name so it's very possible there are actually good stylists here, hence 2 stars. This cut was really atrocious though - sorry MVP I won't be going back. better options elsewhere in town for similar prices or slightly more. I'll be getting a short haircut somewhere next week to fix this disaster. scalp massage was quite good.

Ive been there 3 times now, i went there because its supposed to be a mens barber shop i suffer from having thin and balding hair everytime i go there they suggest i should just buzz cut my head, making me feel extremely uncomfortable , not to mention the hairstylists seem to be straight out hair styling school i definetly dont reccomend this place to anyone and i will let everyone who asks about MVP my experience
