Beautiful new location! Lorenzo was very professional and did an excellent job with my hair. For $17, it is a Very reasonable price for great service! Would for sure recommend to others! Also, I walked in and my hair was cut and I was done in less than 20min! Make sure to bring cash though as there is NO DEBIT MACHINE

I was here for the first time, got haircut done by the owner. Was all good until I found out that few of the areas were significantly shorter than the surrounding areas and it makes it look like I have holes in back of my head.. I wish the guy would've admitted the mistake and try to make up for it instead of just not saying anything about it so that when you go out every people who sees back of your head wouldn't ask what happened. Terrible experience.

Very well priced, convenient location, and experienced barbers who knows what they're doing. This place is seriously good. For anyone who wants those clean haircuts (they do great job on fades especially), this is a place to go. I literally only go to this barber place now (if I can at least). Just be prepared to pay with cash as they don't accept any card payments.

I went to the place for the first time today august 4th 2020. I just moved to Kelowna and found this place on google. The younger guy cut my hair too much and I clearly told him to not go to high. He tried to fix my hair leaving lines in sides of my hair. I had to tell him to fix that. NEVER GOING BACK THERE. Don’t recommend it to anyone.

I needed a haircut while on holidays in Kelowna. With a bit of googling I found Lorenzo's, so I was a first time customer. The gentleman who did my haircut was very friendly and I was in and out in about 20 or 25 minutes. Overall great experience... that is, until a couple of hours later when I noticed my hair was way shorter on one side. It seems he literally used the trimmer way higher on one side of my head (about an inch and 1/2 into the top of my head, on one side, literally). I've had subpar haircuts before (usually the crown of the head left too long compared to the sides), but an asymmetric haircut was a first... So, not sure what happened. Other reviews I saw here were very positive (that why I went there in the first place). The gentleman doing my haircut certainly looked like he had been a barber for a while. Maybe he got distracted, or having a bad morning, not sure... I thought I had found a place to go if I needed a haircut while on holidays in the Okanogan, but now I'm more certain than ever I'll always make sure to visit my local usual barber before I go on holidays...

Armando killed it - even the wife gave it a two thumbs up! Great fade - even downright to my beard!! Spectacular beard trim. And the icing on the cake: El rapido service and super friendly environment. This shop is the perfect example of hidden gems in Rutland. I was in no rush whatsoever, but Armando's professionalism showed a high regard for my time - I'm one to notice and appreciate such subtleties. Good job guys, you're my new fave barber in town.

I literally told Lorenzo the Barber what I wanted cut specifically. He ends up cutting a big portion of my long hair that I didn't want cut... He even said "oops" the moment he cut the wrong spot and tried to cover it up by saying "it's not that bad", he became uncomfortable with cutting my hair so he even asked the other barber to finish up shaving a line for me.... I ended up buzz cutting my whole entire hair due to the fact the mistake was so noticeably bad. I was extremely disapointed, right before a wedding too. Would not recommend for young men here!!

I went to Lorenzo's after receiving what was possibly the worst haircut of all time from a different store - it was so bad my room mate actually laughed at it. I needed someone to try and fix my hair, Because i didn't want to wear a hat everywhere. Tony fixed my hair and did a super clean job of it. We laughed about how bad my haircut was before, and it cost me even less then the original bad haircut. Highly recommend this place! I've received more compliments on my hair then any other hair cut. Thanks tony!!
