I just get a simple cut and layering every 6-14 months. I’m in and out in 20 minutes. The staff are friendly [not too chatty; I have social anxiety] and thankfully my hairdresser today wasn’t wearing perfume [the last one I had in December did]. If you are expecting a salon level pampering, I wouldn’t go here. My family and I are simple people and enjoy First Choice. I used to goto a salon downtown and hated it because it was expensive for a simple cut. And I don’t understand why people complain about ‘worst hair cut’. KEEP YOUR BILL! If clearly states that if you are not satisfied, they will cut it again for free! I did this 2 years ago. [Which was hard with my social anxiety but I managed]. And they were polite about it and everything. I highly recommend being vocal about what you want [I actually forgot today to ask for layers until the end so she went back in and did it, turned out great]. If you don’t like your cut, go back in with your bill and have them cut it to your specifications. Try a different hairdresser. Some are great with layering, others are better with buzzcutters.

It was costly but then again i had wash and cut, dry, then 5 foil ,s roots touched up. $140.00 Few told me i spent $50.00 to much !! Does Anyone no if thats normal cost??? , that person got to me. Forget her name can't get the card has her name . I m very sure that all these ladies and or men if They have so. All can cut hair as well as this lady whom did mine Like I've said 8 out of10 times I've gotten a cut I normally have to return to get it fixed .let me tell you this she s the one who ll be doing my hair from now on. I even gave her my phone number . Said if covert starts up again where one can't get a haircut could she please cut my hair from now on. I was honored to tip her too $5.00 If I could have afforded. More that day I would hav3loved to gave much more of a tip She s worth A tip not just saying this believe me I m very hard to please... That's your hair shop.

Usually come here to get my hair cut. Recently, was waiting in line to get my hair cut after reopening. There were about 5 of us in line when someone walks in and I can see them putting their name on a list. I go inside and they tell me I had to put my name on a list, despite waiting in line for 15 minutes already. I tried to contact the manager later to clear the issue up, but never received a response. Super unfair and unprofessional. Should post the rules/procedures in a prominent location so it is clear. Will not return to this location and will wait for the other location to open instead.
