Really great place. Great cut by Sameer with Nola assisting as Sameer is in training still (he cuts like a pro though), everyone there was incredibly nice, and this place actually gendered me correctly which is a first out of all the barber shops I've ever been to, so shout out for being LGBTQ friendly. I'll definitely be back for my next cut.

As a customer of Custom Cutz in Pickering, I decided to try out their new location and booked with Petru. I must say, amazing service and a great job on my fade and beard lineup. Petru is passionate about his work and you can definitely sense that when you talk to him and his attention to detail. Wonderful experience. After going to a few barbers in the past and having poor experiences I wish I had found this shop sooner! My 4 year old son went in for a hair cut today and the barber "Matt" did an amazing job. The shop is clean, customer service was phenomenal. Went there for my appointment and got told i did not have one. waste of my time. staff was rude and impolite. very poor customer service. I wouldnt recommend spending your hard earned money just so they could waste my time. Unreal.
