Busy shop so book ahead. Everybody leaving looks great. After more than 15 years, my former stylist retired and I asked around a lot before trying this shop - I'm very picky about my hair. Always find a way to screw me over. I made an appointment for my roots to be done and I said what I wanted over the phone and in person. When it was time for my appointment she last mintue told me she couldn’t do it when I have arrived. A phone call before my appointment would have been understandable. Never really listen to me and cut my hair way to short.

Charged me 50 dollars more than what I was quoted. Ended up going back anyways to get my hair trimmed and I ended up getting my hair butchered. Messaged them about it, asking why I was charged way more than they said when I made the appointment, but they never responded. Turns out they blocked me and that's why they never responded. I just asked them why the price was so different, I wasn't sure about it so idk..

The ladies that work here are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you're in the area, don't suffer through another bad hair cut from one of those supercuts or other value options and go here! Decent prices and great work! A special Thank You to one of their stylists Lindsay, who really knows how to cut hair! Especially fine hair like mine! I have the healthiest hair I've ever had thanks to her!
