Fake barber shop... not open during posted hours. .. someone working out of their basement...

The posted schedule says that it is open until 9pm. I came at 7pm and knocked at the door but received no response. I can see through the window that someone is in the living room watching tv. Seems like they just decided to be lazy and not want to do the job.
