I called earlier this place if I need an appointment the lady said no appointment needed.. I reached there at 3.30pm and then the lady said only cash accepted btw the only place that accepts Cash during this pandemic everybody else accepts only card (tap your card and done)... then I went back and brought cash it was 4.05pm and the lady said we're closed I'm sorry... I've been working since 4 am... It's okay I understand but all she had to do was just talk nicely.. felt like I was being treated like I asked for a absolutely free haircut... lady working there is really rude.. my suggestion is call them before you go and only go there if the other older gentleman is working don't visit the place if that lady is working... I know they don't care about my reviews..

I went there today because a friend of mine referred a gentleman there, and said he did straight razor cuts. I walked in, and just a lady is sitting there reading a book; she doesn't even look up until I say something, and then very briefly just to continue reading. So I ask her how long she's been cutting hair, a viable question especially considering I grew up in a hair school and my cut is a difficult one to perform. I was very polite, but she said to me that asking how long she's cut hair is rude, and asked me to leave all because of a simple question. What happened to the customer is always right?

I went here initially out of frustration with a shop by Ruckers and another by Save-On. Took me back a few decades to memories of the shop my Dad used to take me to. Good haircut the first time but nothing special for the experience. Second haircut was today. Went in at 10-10:30 Saturday morning to find the barber sitting waiting. Apparently that day/time is usually quiet. I asked why so quiet, he said maybe guys are out fishing, then another customer walked in to a familiar greeting. The conversation flowed from fishing to environmental issues to youth/high incomes/drug and alcohol issues and ended up with stories of their respective immigrations from Croatia and Germany, including sneaking out through the Adriatic. Amazing morning! Can hardly wait for my hair to grow out to hear more stories. Oh - the haircut is very good, too, but what do you expect from someone who is 79 and has cut hair forever??!!

This is the best kept secret in barbers in all of Kamloops they open really early sometimes 4:30 in the morning and they do a fantastic job at a reasonable price in fact the price is so reasonable I often tip $7

This is a classic barber shop. The options provided are pretty simple and the cut is done very well, in a quick and efficient manner. If you want to chat during your haircut then you can have quite engaging and interesting conversation, if you want to sit in silence watching the TV that's fine too. Cost at the end of 2017 is $18 for a men's cut, cash only (ATM is available at nearby Mac's and nearby gas station).

All negative reviews are definitely fake!!!! I did go to this barber. Very friendly and down to earth person. 83 year old guy gave me a perfect hair cut. He understood my requirements as I am 22 and provided the great styling and new look. Best barber in town.

Came in at about 5:45am for a haircut. The blond woman working was incredibly rude to me, told me to take a seat next to her then got mad once I did, stating that she never told me to approach her or even sit down in the first place. I took a seat back in the waiting chair and moments later she begins cursing and making multiple transphobic remarks with the client she was currently attending - with people waiting in the lobby. I got up and left. If you are going to be a bigot, you don’t deserve my business. This was appalling and disgusting. Never coming here again.
