A quiet place with a relaxed atmosphere. Drop ins only - you can't make reservations even if you are coming from out of town. I had my hair cut by Amy and I highly recommend her. These places can be hit ot miss but Amy hit a home run with my new doo. I was making a big change with a completely new style and she took the time to look at pictures I showed her and asked all the right questions so she knew exactly what I wanted. I'm very happy with the job she did and plan on going to her regularly for my hair cuts.

I’m in Canada for a while now. I always get my haircut from First Choice. They’re best. There’s usually a waiting time of 30-40 mins, but otherwise the barbers are super friendly and skilled. You need to tell them what u expect from them...and bingo :) Always get a good experience here!

I find this location to be quieter than the other popular locations. In the oast few years I have seldom waited longer than 10 minutes to get my hair cut. Always friendly staff. COVID protocols are in place.

The employee simply didn’t know what she was doing and had an attitude problem. She was rude the whole time. I have pixie cut. Even after telling her I only wanted to cut 1 inch from the bottom because I’m trying to grow it out she cut my top hair. She didn’t even clean the hair on my dress. Even my boyfriend got haircut from here and he had the same problem that the hair dresser didn’t care what he wanted. This is not the only time I’ve been disappointed with their service. But this is surely the last time!

Really hate my haircut and i feel ripped off. Weird vibes from the place right off the bat. Anyhow the lady totally disregarded what i asked for and buzzed my head with crooked lines. The only way to fix it is to shave my head. Getting haircuts as a guy really sucks and i will never go back to this place!!!

I was denied service today. They had a notice to close early at 3pm. Despite coming in at 1:50 pm a particular hairdresser denied me service and asked me to leave without even considering if the other two hair dressers could have accommodated me in the time frame. Bad customer service. It does not take more than 20-25 mins for a simple haircut.

This was the worst hair cut I have ever had. She didn't do what I wanted and she did a horrible job of it. It's too short and I specifically didn't want layers. She gave me layers anyway and they are so chunky that now I have to go get someone else to fix it even though it will make it shorter.its bad enough that I want to cry every time I look in the mirror.
