My wife and I went for a couple's spa day . We opted for the body wraps and added foot and scalp massages and probably a few other things. I wasn't sure what she had booked for us but it was heaven! Especially after a couple full days of skiing ! A treat we will for sure have to book next time we're in town . Life changing ! Great place, great people ????

The ladies are wonderful! My husband and I both received massages (same time, different rooms). I had Carly and she was awesome! She helped me with my ankle pain and diabetic neuropathy. We were definitely pampered with this wonderful early Christmas present from our son. They are very professional and well versed on all Covid precautions...we felt very safe.

For my birthday my husband surprised me with a 2 hr spa treatment with Lyndsay (Trademark Bliss pkg)....it was the most relaxing 2 hrs I have had in a lonnnng time. The pkg includes a full body scrub followed by full body seaweed wrap. While I was nice and cozy all wrapped up she did a facial...OMG????....after she was done with that stuff I was ready to get off the table but nope.....Lyndsay then gave me a light massage all over (the neck and head was the best). Any hubby out there looking to give a gift that keeps on giving I’d highly recommend Trademark for a spa package. I’ll definitely be back...thanks Lyndsay????

My bridesmaids and I went here for hair and makeup for my wedding and these ladies did an amazing job. They were spot on with the time estimate of how long it would take. All of us felt comfortable and pampered the whole time. And the hair and makeup lasted ALL DAY. Not just for pictures, but through dinner and even later into the night. I also opted to get a hair wash and style after the hair treatment included in the Bliss package. Lori also did a great job. I just had the Bliss Spa package from Trademark and it was truly “Bliss”. For two hours I was totally pampered by Jennifer She even brushed my hair and braided it. The BEST treatment. She is an artist, my hair was a disaster. Long story! Kirsten was welcoming, friendly, professional and a wizard with my mess. It is now a work of art! Eva is very kind and professional. I was visiting Jasper and needed my hair to be groomed after being away from Toronto for a month and was heading to Vegas for a celebration. Since I do not trust to have anyone but my regular hairdresser cut or style my hair I was sceptical but I explained to Eva what I needed to be done and she very willingly, within 10 minutes, groomed my hair to my satisfaction. She was kind and generous to a total stranger. Thank you Eva.

The receptionist was friendly, kind, and welcoming (both in person and on the phone); the pedicure was great; and the massage was probably the BEST massage I’ve ever had! I entrusted Trademark Hair Company for my wedding hair and it was one of the best vendors I hired for my wedding day! If you are shopping around for a hair stylist for your special day look no further, seriously! Frode was my stylist and she exceeded all of my expectations and made my wedding hair dreams come true! I was uncertain of which hair style I wanted for my wedding day so I attended the salon for a trial. Frode could see my uncertainty and quickly tried three different hair styles on me to help make up my mind (SO KIND OF HER)! In the end Frode encouraged me to choose the braided hairstyle and I trusted her expertise (she really knows what she is talking about)! My wedding day came and Frode created the most magical perfect wedding hairstyle (the braid with flowers seen in attached pictures)! It was the icing on the cake to my wedding look. I've been drug through the mud lately with my hair. From a stylist melting it off to someone turning me blue and orange and then to golden blonde when I just wanted a root touch up to my platnium. I was definetly in a space where I had lost trust, my hair was fried and I had lost a lot of confidence.... That security blanket was gone. Everyone in town kept telling me to go to Trademark... Go see Kyrsten. I followed her on Instagram, and immediately felt the pull so I made the appointment. This girl listened.... She heard me and my needs. She educated me on why the previous fails happened and what we could do moving forward to salvage my hair and give me the white blonde I wanted. It's such a relief to find someone that pays close attention to detail and genuinely cares. Also very talented with short female cuts ( I now have a pixie that feels feminine and edgy ) I honestly feel beautiful and just absolutely full of gratitude to have found her.... Please don't ever leave Jasper. ????????
