Last time I went they did a good job, this time they absolutely ruined my beard basically had to shave it off, specified just a shape up, leave length on the chin and clean up the sides. continued to cut it off on the chin before I could get a word in, by then it’s too late, never going back....

Been going here for 3 or 4 years now; been getting haircut and beard trim from Razor the whole time. Always very professional and gives suggestions and recommendations when needed. Place is clean follows COVID protocols, never had an issues. Easy to make appointments online; and never have to wait for my turn. Don't have time to waste sitting around at a barber shop for 2hrs waiting for my turn. Support local small businesses & young entrepreneurs!

Really quite bad. If you are not a regular here, they will make you feel very out of place by talking to anyone and everyone who walks in the door except you. Very awkward experience of my hairdresser talking to strangers in foreign languages right behind my head. Regardless of the experience in the shop Miguel Coral is just terrible as well. This has to be one of my worst cuts in years. Layering is nonexistent, thinning wasn't done, and he missed long hairs all over the place. I normally wait 2-3 months between cuts, but that simply wasn't possible this time, it had to be fixed after just 2 weeks.

Place is great. Have been going there for awhile now. Emman is the man! Always does a great job! Even with my little cowlick in the back that likes to stick out no matter what. Always greeted by all the guys and reception always offers something to drink upon arriving. Have good products for sale as well. Everything from pomades to blackhead removal masks for men. They do classic shaves as well. Have not had one myself but will eventually. They have TV in back with lounge area and couches. Have played some Fifa there before on PS4. Check them out!

This place was my go to for several months. Reasonable cost, great service done quick. Last time it really dropped off. I booked an appt and came in at my time. Waited at the counter for 10 full minutes with a clear view of my barber looking at his phone lying down in front of a TV behind the counter area. Looks like a comfy set up but it completely ruined my view of this place. Eventually a rough looking woman appeared at the desk and after I had to get her attention I was finally underway. Her attitude definitely didn't improve my experience. Definitely think twice about this one. Out of the way, it's no bargain, and you might get a decent cut... if you can distract the staff from their phones long enough

Finding a good barber is tough these days, but these guys are great, they know what they're doing and will go out of their way to make sure your happy before you leave. I have been coming to this place for a while now getting hair cuts with "Flo" specifically. Not only he's a genius barber, he's also very welcoming and accommodating ! Once I got late to my appointment and he understood and stayed for a little longer than he's supposed to. If you want to get a hair cut at this place, Flo should be your guy ! Minimal instructions and gets it done perfectly in a timely manner.

Getting a "hot towel shave" was something on my bucket list and boy am I glad I chose here for my first experience Flo and the staff were fantastic, experienced and handled everything. Once we walked in we were offer free drinks while we waited. We were out of province so it was nice to have such a welcoming experience with personable staff. My husband looked up Barber's Cave because he was having a hard time finding a place that does a shave with the straight edge razors. He made an appointment online. We walked in and we're greeted immediately. We have never been to these types of Barber's so we didn't think to go to the counter to check in but they were really great about our confusion! My husband was super happy with his shave, and he smelled great for the rest of the day! He's looking forward to returning in the future. It looks as though they really do a great job in pampering men here, I would highly recommend sending your husband's, boyfriend's, brothers or sons here!

I was looking for a proper barber shop in my area for both my son and I and came across Barbers cave. Frank was my barber and it was my first time there. I booked online!!! As soon as I arrived we were offered a drink and it didnt stop. Frank catered to every needs of what my son wanted. My son was so happy with what he got!! Then my turn and yet again Frank delivered. I was so happy I tipped him a $20 for his awesome work!! Go to Frank hes awesome!!!

I really do not appreciate when the barber is on his cell phone while cutting my hair and as a result my hair was ruined. You have to be able to provide a comprehensive service which enables the client to trust the barber or barbershop. Finally, barbers should be able to speak professionally in an adult manner, i felt like i was back in high school.

Where do I begin with this shop? I was a client of Emmanuel’s here for many years. Great barber, classy, professional and very knowledgeable when it comes to cutting hair. When I found out Emmanuel left I no longer had his contact information and was in need of a cut after being in quarantine for months. Knowing Razor was the other owner I put my trust in him hoping he had just as much experience and knowledge. Well.... Booked my appointment with him and I was extremely UNHAPPY. The guy talked my entire cut. I feel like he didn’t even focus on my hair for a minute. All he did was badmouth Eman the entire time I sat in his chair after asking what happened to him. BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!! If you ask me Eman kept that shop together cause since he left that place looks like a hang out, unorganized, falling apart. The vocabulary they use in there is absurd I felt like I was walking through a high school hallway. To boot, I get an email today inviting clients for haircuts - which is what triggered this review (I could barley understand the email the thing made no sense AT ALL) if you have to ask clients of your old barbers to come in at a 50% discount (on their 3rd visit not even the first, obviously goes to show you’re doing something wrong!!! I wish I was able to get ahold of Eman. But until then I will definitely be looking for a new barber and never returning to barbers cave again. this shop has gone downhill !!!!
